ABOUT THE ROLE:

BRAND/MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for overseeing any aspect of marketing related to a company’s brand, and ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales. This is a Business Development role in a team of experienced professionals developing, delivering and winning high impact opportunities for Visa. The role is responsible for growing the acceptance and usage of Cybersource in Philippines, targeting net new merchants, acquirers and payment service providers as well as other companies accepting or facilitating payments to add them to our growing client portfolio. The role also requires close collaboration with other Visa teams to offer Visa acceptance solutions for checkout, processing, analytics, fraud, security and other digital solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual whose responsibilities require a combination of sales skills, strategic thinking, persistence, and the ability to build strong client relationships. The successful individual is proactive, results-driven, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills. He/she will play a crucial role in driving the company’s revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the company’s market presence.

What a Senior Manager, Acceptance Sales Executive does at Visa

• Identify prospects, drive pipeline development, manage the sales process, close new business and successful go-live, generating revenue from deals
• Effectively lead revenue generation while meeting strategic business objectives
• Design and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns
• Collaborate with hub team to identify, qualify and progress sales with prospects or cross-sell of other Visa acceptance solutions to new / existing Cybersource clients
• Meet or exceed challenging sales goals
• Actively contribute to the evolving business and product strategy
• Aid in the completion and presentation of RFPs and RFIs
• Work closely with our Product Management team to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new products

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office at least three days a week.

• Develops design art work according to corporate standards and ensure optimum brand image for hotel collateral, advertisement and exposure.
• Manages collateral printing and hotel merchandize in line with brand standards. 
• Assists in production of all displays and signage in the hotel public areas and seasonal/theme decorations.
• Maintains an up-to-date image and collateral filing.
