The Sales Operations Optimization Specialist acts as the educator, liaison, and partner in pursuing excellence and value in all aspects of the business using the concepts of performance optimization. This role will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of performance across all the members of Sales Team. Using this data, the SOO Specialist will coordinate with all stakeholders to develop and manage a wide range of performance optimization initiatives. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analysis

Provide leadership, coaching, and formal / informal training in support of the development of an innovative and engaged work environment, ensuring the application of data driven decision making tools. Provide analysis and metrics on the effectiveness of optimization initiatives.

Database Management

Develops and manages Pilmico’s e-Learning content and design. Manages all SOOP Database and provides timely feedback to program learning partners, sales team managers and immediate superior

Curriculum Development

Ensures timely development of required leadership, selling & negotiation skills and technical training modules in collaboration with internal or external providers. Evaluates and assesses learning effectiveness and makes necessary recommendations for curriculum and/or process improvement opportunities.

Training Design

Conduct needs assessments to identify and prioritize performance optimization needs and methods. Designs, implements, and manages training content, materials, and evaluation tools in support of performance optimization efforts.

Training Implementation

Improved sales support efficiency through personnel training, and implementation of new and effective training guides and tools. Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported. Supports the creation and implementation of Pilmico’s Internal Trainers’ Certification and other company learning programs.

Digital Solutions

Spearheads the digital solutions initiatives within the category of his or her scope, ensuring that online activities are thorougly monitored, properly executed, and coordinated. Ensures the alignment of all digital contents with Brand and Marketing.

Administrative Support

Generates presentations and sales support documentations for the consumption of the team and the management.

Leads in ad-hoc projects and programs across the department.

The Sales position is responsible for revenue generation from new and existing customers within event portfolio in Informa Markets Philippines. This role will manage Sales to different tier customers depending on the market and brand context.  This team is critical to the business, as the key to our success is retention, growth and cultivating new business.

The Sales role will involve a combination of internal and external sales activity, meeting customers face to face and attending competitor events. He/ She will sell to valued existing customers, generate new business, and performance will be evaluated based on achieving revenue and new business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

The inside sales role at Vesta is a support and sales position tasked with lead generation, administrative support for Account Executives and Project Managers, as well as coordination of project operations functions within focusing on billing and scheduling and CRM maintenance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

1. Outbound lead generation on new market listings and stale properties: ISR daily will focus on outbound emails to agents who have new listings or listings on the market, which Vesta has an opportunity to stage.
2. Develop an active portfolio of agents, developers, and new home-builders assigned to the new target market.  
3. Maintained accurate task and follow-up actions on all deal-related activity related to outstanding invoices, install dates, COIs, changes, and delivery information between sales and operations.
4. Responsible for managing and improving the "Job Scope" entry process into Airtable and Eames, acting as 1st-level escalation for errors questions. 
5. Support the sales and account management team with deal activities such as collecting payment info, updating CRM data, customer service inquiries, interfacing with design and operations, and scheduling.
6. Clean and maintain prospecting lists for marketing and segmentation.
7. Manage all inbound lead inquiries via phone and internet form fills, Conduct initial qualification of customer needs and address questions, and route internally as appropriate. (Phone coverage will be the primary responsibility of this role during regular business hours, 9-5 PST)
8. Enter leads into CRM on qualified projects and assign to a sales team members based on lead rotation and distribution schedule. Return after-hours calls and qualify leads or address customer questions.

9. Using the CRM and email templates, ISR will conduct outreach, add new agents to a database and qualify listings for a sales team.
