What You Will Do:

• Provides 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systems.

• Develops and executes scripts, utilities and associated test plans. Scripts may modify data that is not updateable via user interface.

• May conduct code-level software analyses to identify root cause of bugs and/or system modifications as needed.

• Interfaces with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT and Product Development to resolve problems.

• Analyzes problem, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up. Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary.

• Assists in documenting current policies and procedures.

• Represents team on cross-functional teams for production, support and development activities.

• Performs specialty production processing.

• Learns, understands, implements and utilizes SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and security regulations.

• Performs monthly and quarterly SOX testing.

• Interacts with internal departments to deliver solutions.

• Interprets and presents data and conclusions to management as needed.

• Improve methodologies used in the job.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What You Will Bring:

• Must have skills/experience: 1.) 2 – 4 years experience in Linux (CentOS/RedHat) System Administration; 2.) 2 – 4 years experience in Windows System Administration

• Nice to have skills/experience: knowledge in SevOne, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Zenoss, Python, Javascript, Powershell Scripting, and Morpheus

• Must be willing to work on a Hybrid setup (twice a week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Building, Don Chino Roces Ave, Magallanes, Makati

• Must be willing to work on a night shift (9:00pm to 6:00am)

• College Undergraduates and Non-Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply

• Basic network troubleshooting including OS level packet captures (pcap/tcpdump)

• Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware

• Knowledge of storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools and technical writing principles and practices

• Effective analytical, problem solving, installation and maintenance skills

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

About the Job

The Marketing Administrator is someone who works with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure all materials are published with complete accuracy, in a timely manner, and in accordance with all requirements. This person has a hands-on role, making direct contributions to each of our listings, and ensuring each listing is marketed in a way that meets the high demands of our clients. The Marketing Administrator takes the initiative to ensure these expectations are met daily.

 Duties / Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly planning and communication with supervisor
• Effectively creates all proposal and off-market flyer packages
• Creates the backbone on Offering Memorandums
•  Assists with the creation of eBlasts
• Updating timelines in Monday.com software
• Update previous marketing materials with current market information
• Photo editing (photoshop) for property photos
• Updating information on our CRM
•  Additional administrative tasks (TBD)

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least a year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Computer and phone availability with access to a secondary screen, mouse, and keyboard

Ideal:

• Previous marketing and data entry experience is helpful but not required
• Photoshop experience
• Hours can be negotiated
• Desire for added responsibilities (including: photoshop, Canva/InDesign, social media scheduling)

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (approximately 2 pm–11 pm Central Time, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday) 

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

Pay Range: 750 USD per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to potential customer inquiries via email, phone calls, text messages, and virtual meetings
• Hold sales calls to explain the value we provide and walk clients through the process of planning bar service for their event. 
• Manage employee scheduling and records; prepare event details for staff;
• Maintain company data, including HR data, employee certification data, and inventory.
• Prepare customer shopping lists and other client-facing communications; send them accurately and on time.
• Manage social media platforms.
• Manage the company email address.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a similar position (CRM, invoicing, or client calls).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, or Airtable is a plus
