Relay Insights is seeking a professional who has experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing (and relevant examples to share). We are also looking for a “numbers” person–someone who enjoys working in spreadsheets and analyzing marketing data. We are not looking for a professional focused on design, video animation, ad creation, and so on. The following responsibilities and qualifications provide more detail about the day-to-day activities we need support with.

Responsibilities:

• Download and organize website and marketing metrics, such as visitors, conversions, etc.
• Research software market information and trends, such as market size, vendors, and more.
• Evaluate organic and paid search opportunities based on search volume, competition, etc.
• Collect and organize client customer data, such as firmographics, testimonials, etc.
• Help create ad hoc analyses related to website and content analytics

• Ability to quickly learn information organizing techniques (with professional examples as proof)
• Very strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge (e.g. lookups, formulas, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy (>90% of work is complete and doesn’t require edits)
• Inclination towards critical thinking–can determine next steps without instruction
• Self-driven and bias towards action and results
• Knowledge in Project Management tools like ASANA (nice to have)

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Targets include:
• both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for new accounts acquisition; and
• both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for retention of existing business.             
• Build relationship with Financial Advisors assigned to him/her, which includes acting as CS liaison when it comes to:
• Request pricing and proposal generation of proposal for customized plans. This includes pricing negotiation with CS Case Underwriting
• Request of new business and renewal business set-up and issuance of initial/renewal billing for customized cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, Group Medical issuance of individual member cards, issuance of individual member certificate, billing issuance, and  premium collection and commission crediting.
• Request of new and renewal business set-up for package cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, Group Medical issuance of individual member cards, issuance of individual member certificate, and commission crediting.
• Coordinates the monthly renewals with the concerned Financial Advisor
• Overseeing the handling of daily inquiry calls from clients with regards to their program; and
• Monitors and ensures delivery of service required from the backroom office. Ensure the prompt and timely submission of accurate reports to immediate superior and provide analysis for each report to include recovery plan should figures lag behind assigned targets.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• At least 2 years corporate sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent planning, organizing and presentation skills
• Computer savvy – MS Office proficient

Salary Range: $1500 monthly

This position will oversee all aspects of marketing for Rapid Fire Home Buyers and work to research, test, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of all active marketing channels. Work with managers and leadership team to improve current marketing and consider new techniques to find motivated sellers. This position will also focus on organizing marketing performance data and running analysis on it to drive marketing decisions and changes. 

The position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The position would be best for someone who enjoys tinkering with systems and processes to maximize efficiency and production.

The Marketing Associate in this role is accountable for the support of the client-marketing / client-facing activities (B2B) in the Philippines including events and roadshows planning and execution (30% of capacity), and for the support of the Head of Marketing for Regional Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia) for the cluster-wide reporting of all marketing services, affluent and cross-border activities (70% of capacity)

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Data Analysis

Gathering forecasting and committing numbers from the sales team at the end of each month. Compiling these numbers and report them to the executive team along with a metric that compares their actual sales to their forecast.

Database Management

Responsible person for the maintenance of updated records and databases to be used by the management and the different departments. Ensuring that the data is representative of the current sales, market scenario, and customer set-up by creating and maintaining a central data repository (sales, competitor prices, commodity prices, etc.) and ensuring their integrity and availability.

Administrative Support

Acts as an aide for the Feeds Sales Team in ensuring the proper execution of PR requisitions of the whole department that will drive efficiency and especially the smooth flow of activities related to the needs of the projects involved.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure proper guidance and pricing are current. Facilitates and ensures the correctness of all price set-up request of the Feeds Sales Team, while maintaining their confidentiality. Coordinates with the responsible teams on ensuring proper and timely execution of each request.

Departmental Liason

Ensures the timely update and management of communication to other departments and the use of platforms and responds to inquiries within the scope of his/her responsibilities.

Single point of contact for sales team's administrative, and procurement activities and coordination within the category of his or her scope.
