About the team

You will be responsible for initiating and overseeing Marketing vendor, contract and contractor intake and implementation processes, facilitating and supporting all applicable internal reviews, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, tracking and reporting to the stakeholders, and providing other operational support as needed.

What you will be doing

• Evaluates incoming requests for new Marketing vendors, contracts and contractors, determining the appropriate processing path and evaluating requests for completion.
• Completes vendor intake surveys and follows through to ensure any tasks and/or additional reviews resulting from the vendor risk analysis are completed.
• Analyzes engagement details to determine if Data Privacy, Security or Country Compliance reviews are necessary, initiating and coordinating the review process as needed.
• Sets up and manages meetings with stakeholders to resolve any questions, providing meeting documentation of decisions/next steps, and follow-through until completion.
• Obtains approvals from budget holders and key Marketing stakeholders as needed.
• Coordinates with Procurement and Legal teams to navigate all applicable processes.
• Tracks and follows up on all requests in process to ensure all are completed and communicated within established timeframes.
• Ensures applicable records are stored and categorized appropriately.
• Develops and executes management reporting for the functions performed.
• Identifies opportunities to create efficiencies.
• Other related duties as needed.

What you bring

• Considerable knowledge of standards and best practices relevant to database management
• Experience using Xant, Dynamics Mass Email Marketing, Dynamics Basic Access, S&P, NeverBounce, Power BI, MS Excel, Sales Navigator is a plus
• Experience in vendor management or other relevant experience
• Marketing-related experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic problem resolution and escalation practices
• Ability to apply contract administration and practices concepts
• Ability to provide acute attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization

Position : Credentialing and Insurance AR Representative

Salary Range : $1,500/ month

Duties and Responsibilities:

Credentialing:

• Complete and process provider applications.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of provider data in our database.
• Communicate effectively with the Swish team throughout the credentialing process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Proactively follow up on application statuses and missing information.

Insurance AR:

• Investigate and resolve denied, delayed, or underpaid claims.
• Analyze claim denials and communicate root causes to the Swish team.
• Research and gather missing information needed for claim processing.
• Handle appeals for denied claims, supporting providers with documentation and justification.
• Track claim progress and proactively update the Swish team on status.
• Maintain detailed records of all follow-up activities and claim outcomes.

• Dental experience is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in the same role. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.

About the role: 

A Change Management Analyst is responsible for review and approval of change for basic applications, services, and infrastructure. This role may assist in compilation of quantitative measurements and metrics relating to change activity. Additionally, may be involved in basic process improvement and modification.

What you will be doing:

• Works with infrastructure and application change owners to ensure all requests for change are executed according to defined policy and process so that change is introduced with minimal disruption to the business and meets internal, federal and third party audit requirements.

• Developing and maintaining standardized change management methodologies, tools and best practices.

• Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring everyone is aligned with the current change process.

• Maintains a calendar of approved and agreed upon product release and infrastructure maintenance schedules. Organize and maintain accurate documentation and reporting on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.

• Reviews completeness and quality of change information entered in the change management system and works with change owners to correct deficiencies.

• Reviews and follows up on non-compliant change as well as change that occurred outside the defined processes.

• Proactively identify and address roadblocks or issues, implementing efficient solutions to ensure smooth change implementation.

• Provides assistance in the coordination and control efforts of extremely large and complex global projects and initiatives.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

• Must have at least 7 years of work experience in the IT Industry as a Change Management Analyst

• Must have an exposure on managing and driving change initiatives across multiple platforms and line of business following industry standard change management practice and methodologies.

• Strong understanding on ITSM Processes: Incident Management, Problem Management Change Management

• Strong background with ServiceNow and related modules like CMDB and Change/Incident/Problem/Service Request Management

• Experience in moderating change-related discussions, monitoring change lifecycle and preparing report on qualitative data and change KPIs.

• Adept in using Microsoft applications to present change plans, updates, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relative field or equivalent practical experience.

• Excellent time management skills, effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, flexibility, versatility, dependability

• Strong people management skills with the ability to build relationships to drive change efficiently.

• Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Targets include:
• both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for new accounts acquisition; and
• both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for retention of existing business.             
• Build relationship with Financial Advisors assigned to him/her, which includes acting as CS liaison when it comes to:
• Request pricing and proposal generation of proposal for customized plans. This includes pricing negotiation with CS Case Underwriting
• Request of new business and renewal business set-up and issuance of initial/renewal billing for customized cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, Group Medical issuance of individual member cards, issuance of individual member certificate, billing issuance, and  premium collection and commission crediting.
• Request of new and renewal business set-up for package cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, Group Medical issuance of individual member cards, issuance of individual member certificate, and commission crediting.
• Coordinates the monthly renewals with the concerned Financial Advisor
• Overseeing the handling of daily inquiry calls from clients with regards to their program; and
• Monitors and ensures delivery of service required from the backroom office. Ensure the prompt and timely submission of accurate reports to immediate superior and provide analysis for each report to include recovery plan should figures lag behind assigned targets.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• At least 2 years corporate sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent planning, organizing and presentation skills
• Computer savvy – MS Office proficient
