ABOUT THE ROLE

As a FIELD MARKETING OFFICER, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating and immersive experiences for trade show attendees. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills while representing our cutting-edge AI software technology company. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our goals, target audience, and key messages. Your responsibilities will include developing visually stunning booth designs that align with our brand identity and objectives. You will create high-quality graphics and visual elements that effectively communicate our messages and enhance the overall experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our trade show participation, ensuring seamless booth setup, shipping arrangements, and equipment setup. With your keen eye for design, you will optimize the layout and composition to maximize visual impact and visitor engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop visually captivating booth designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand goals, target audience, and key messages.
• Create high-quality graphics and visual elements that effectively communicate our messages.
• Coordinate logistics for trade show participation, including booth setup, shipping, and equipment setup.
• Ensure consistent application of our brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Optimize layout and composition to maximize visual impact and visitor engagement.
• Utilize 3D visualization tools to present realistic renderings of booth designs.
• Manage print production and collaborate with vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs and experiences.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, providing design recommendations and support.

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience with at least 5 years in graphic design, preferably with a strong focus on booth design or event design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modelling/rendering tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of booth designs and other relevant graphic design work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the life and sciences industry, including familiarity with scientific concepts and terminology, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

The marketing officer will be responsible for:

• Closely working with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing plans
• Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
• Assisting with organizing promotions and events
• Collaborating with the Design team to create marketing materials
• Keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Preparing regular sales forecasting reports
• Monitoring competitors’ marketing activities

The marketing officer will be responsible for:

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer reports to the Manila-based Senior M&E Manager and is responsible for coordinating monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities under the award in the O2 implementation sites. This is a regular full-time position based in Davao City. The M&E Officer ensures timely communication of data to the Senior M&E Manager. S/he works with the Senior M&E Manager on the development and management of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Plan.
 

Essential Functions 

The M&E Officer’s specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Work with the MEL Team in designing, testing, and translating various M&E and research tools as well as activity monitoring plans and research work plans.

- Lead the implementation, coordination, and supervision of MEL activities in the assigned project sites.

- Perform or assist in data collection, data entry, data validation, and data quality assessment.

- Train field interviewers in data collection as necessary.

- Provide regular updates and write progress reports on MEL activities and submit M&E data timely.

- Assist the MEL and Communications Teams in documenting project impact and success stories.

- Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders in the assigned project areas to obtain information and data related to project performance.

- Present and share M&E and research findings to internal project stakeholders in the assigned areas.

- Assist with periodic reports as appropriate and submit inputs timely.

- Provide support to other special initiatives as may be needed.

- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential documents and information, and with co-workers and EDC partners.
