A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reporting: Drives efficiency and continuous improvement by building and providing reports, analysis, and dashboards.
- Sales Systems Management: Assist in Management of Salesforce Dashboards. Assist in provisioning of sales tools.
- Daily Business Operations: Provide support to sales teams across operational tasks.
- Data Integrity: Ensure and organize all accounts and opportunities are assigned to the correct salesperson, and validation and approval processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records of sales operations processes.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned that align with overall business goals.
- Ticket Management: Monitor and manage Salesforce tickets, investigating reported errors and engaging stakeholders across the business if required to drive to a resolution.

- Experience in Salesforce Lightening Platform.
