Job Title: IT and Administrative Coordinator

Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,500/month

Schedule: 5PM to 1AM in MNL | 4AM to 12 NN EST

About the Role
As the IT and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and providing administrative support to the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT functionality for all employees, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Onboard new employees, providing necessary IT setup and support.
• Enforce naming conventions and folder structuring protocols for all clients.
• Monitor Karbon and confirm employee adherence to Organization and Admin procedures, ensuring work items reflect the latest templates.
• Set up notice work items and manage Admin in real-time.
• Establish clients in our systems and folders.
• Deploy global engagement team surveys and communicate client assessment results.

• Proficient in Sharepoint and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience in providing IT and administrative support.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients, based on their specific needs and requirements
• Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT solutions sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience in selling IT solutions and services, such as software, hardware, cloud services, or IT consulting
• Knowledge of current IT trends and technologies
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
