Job Description:
- To perform support & service sales in the accomplishment of the primary objective of the company in terms of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in serving & monitoring customers via regular customer visits/front office activities to allow proactive identification and suggestion of opportunities in the team.
- Prepares quotations, coordinates quotes, provides customer service and manages customer accounts.
- Support in the timely collection of sales and serve as a liaison between a company and its customers when necessary
- Responding to calls and emails, analyzing customer needs, and providing the necessary corrective measures.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
