Overview of the role

Design practice solutions to ensure engagements meet client needs, business requirements and future business growth objectives.

What you will be doing

• Defines, maintains and enhances practice offering to support business objectives, strategic development roadmap and client business needs.

• Designs, enhances and implements practice offering to support specific client requirements and address market opportunities.

• Consults with sales, account management and client on the appropriate practice offering to meet specific client requirements and strategic business needs.

• Consults with clients on the most strategic technology projects within a practice area.

• Serves as pre-sales support specialist as needed with sales and account management to create and close sales opportunities. May include developing proposals/statements of work, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects and delivering prospect presentations.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, e.g., product management, development, sales, and senior management to define and support assigned practice area.

• Nurtures relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.

• Maintains quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to gain referrals for new clients and achieve excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.

• Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.

• Ensures practice provides industry thought leadership.

Team Lead will support management of day-to-day operational activities within the global Fixed Asset team. This role will support the manager in executing operating plans such as putting controls in place to ensure quality and timeliness of output, reporting gaps and recommending process improvements for more efficient service delivery.  The role will involve day to day management of the team to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and procedures.

• Review Journal Entries, Quarterly report, and monthly depreciation calculation and posting
• Reconcile fixed assets transactions and monthly report
• Review the preparation and analysis of the monthly reconciliation of the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger
• Ensure compliance in accordance with the principles for recording, disposing, transferring, impairing, and depreciating assets.  
• Monitor the status of CIP projects/assets and on-going communication with business partners to ensure assets are placed into service in a timely manner, recorded and tagged as such.
• Ensure that the risk of errors is minimized within the balance sheet and income statement when the financial statements and management accounts are produced
• Assist with annual audits

He/she will drives and supports Front Line (FL) planning activities across New Business Solutions and Modernization, resulting in the agreed and aligned sales plan, installation resource plan, materials plan and financial forecast. S&OP Team Lead is accountable for S&OP process performance in terms of plan accuracy, cross-functional participation and proactive decision making by all stakeholders.

He/She is the expert go-to person for FL/Area/Global staff for all S&OP content, process, data and tools. What will you be doing?

• Provide analysis of product mix trends, forecast accuracy root causes to identify forecast improvements, and lead time trends against assumptions used for the forecasts.

• Accountable for implementing and maintaining the process by training, coaching, influencing, and supporting all projects.

• Pro-actively to liaise with Operations, Sourcing, CSE and Finance to understand the Risk and Opportunities of IPR selected projects. Also agreed on corrective actions, define responsibilities and deadlines, and share learnings

• Focus on all milestones planning by networks level, IPR status and financial impact, Cash to Cost, Project Costing by Networks and RE level (Actual + Commitment cost vs. Forecast) and take necessary action to close the gaps

• Ensures that other order booking absolutes have been met and quality of required deliverables is adequate for order booking

• Validate the Supporting Documents from Project Admins and Sales

• Installation resource planning - Collaborates with Project Managers by optimize installation resource utilization (sub-con, labour and tools) by preparing capacity and solving imbalances with Operations & Sourcing (Front Line, Area and Global)

Are you the one?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting role in a multinational working environment

• Prior working experience implementing cross functional processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Application especially MS Excel and SAP.

• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with every level of the organization.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, especially in English
