Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designer with the creation of digital and print materials, such as social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements. Produce at least 1-2 banners daily.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and production teams on a daily basis to create visual content that supports and aligns with campaign goals.
• Ensure that each time a banner is designed, it is optimized for the specific dimensions and requirements of the intended platform.
• Write and edit basic HTML and CSS to implement design changes and updates on web pages as needed.
• Help in updating and maintaining website content to ensure all materials align with current branding and campaign strategies as needed.
• Consistently maintain design quality and adhere to the company’s branding and style guides at all times.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools to create high-quality social media banners.

• You will be empowered to support the Category Management Team in foodpanda’s pandamart Philippines
• The role requires to support the Head of Category Management to drive development, growth & day to day operations for all categories at PandaMart, this will include:
  • Category Development: Be the voice of the consumer, be on top of Industry & Market Knowledge & consumer understanding of what customers buy and why. Develop category assortment in alignment  with consumer needs and PandaMart strategy
  • Range development: Expand categories basis selection requirement.
  • Product Communication Strategy: Create consumer centric catalogue  that helps improve conversion.
  • Category profitability & Growth: Plan & deliver on growth(Volume,  Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams

• Responsible for the uniformity of pandamart’s assortment and categorization of products
• Ensure that pandamart’s assortment is healthy by identifying assortment gaps and assisting the commercial team in any assortment related task
• Assist the Shops and pandamart teams in keeping track of the various assortment KPIs and advise the best way to move forward.
• Support the team with a better understanding of the market by providing in-depth assortment analyses of our competitors

• Keeping of meeting and committee minutes. This includes the responsibility to implement all of the board's pronouncements.
