The Marketing Manager will manage the Marketing Department in providing promotional efforts for brand awareness. He /She will take charge in planning, implementing strategies and conceptualizing marketing activities.
✅Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications, Business, or its equivalent.
✅Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✅Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
✅Good in budget management.
✅Good stress and time management.
✅Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
✅Ability to multitask.
✅Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
✅Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
✅At least 10 to 15 years of work experience as Marketing Manager specialized in Advertising/Media, Planning, or its equivalent is required for this position.
✅Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
✅Creative and detail oriented.
✅Accuracy in work outputs.
✅Highly dependable and a fast learner.
✅Organized, flexible, assertive, and has a high sense of urgency.
