To be successful in this role you will have experience forming long-term sustainable relationships with stakeholders such as government bodies, communities, NGOs, Indigenous Peoples including Didipio employees while contributing to the operational and social performance excellence.

This role will be a member of the site leadership team, reporting to the President and General Manager – External Affairs and Social Performance.

Some key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate development of stakeholder engagement plans and strategies aligned with EA&SP standards.

Accountable for (Commercial) Public Relations: 

• Lead the development of PR strategy that supports the overall communication strategy direction and oversee that all country PR actions (e.g. interviews, media launches, press conference, etc) are implemented successfully.
• Manage PR agency, their KPIs and deliverables. Secure brand leadership in media value and share of voice results in country PR.
• In situations where the IKEA brand is involved in negative media attention, assist the work done within IKEA in the country team to secure that all media coverage is managed to protect the IKEA brand and reputation.
• Support corporate communications in the execution of crisis plans in the country (including products that are of fault and might cause damage to customers, incidents where a product has caused damage to customers, etc.).

Accountable for a successful catalogue/brochure production & distribution:

• Oversee the development, execution and final completion of catalogue for the country, including surveys/research, mailing services, etc.
• Plan and ensure implementation of the country distribution strategy is completed successfully

Responsible for the development of Loyalty Communications and programme updates

• Manage the development of loyalty communications calendar/brief as a base, to develop communications materials for IKEA FAMILY and småles members.
• Ensure red thread with the communication platforms (e.g. Ads, Digital, etc.) in line with launch and campaign themes.
• Manage and ensure that IKEA FAMILY and Smales strategy are supported with communications that helps strengthen members’ affinity to the IKEA brand and drive further member engagement.
• Monitor the Loyalty programme is running smoothly for the country, e.g. systems fixes up to date, CRM system supports running business, merchandise and comms for Smales are attractive, etc.

Responsible for External Partner Collaborations and Loyalty Programme Partnerships:

• Lead, review and approve collaboration initiatives to include sponsorship and promotions (except those that overlaps into Sustainability department’s jurisdiction, such as donations and charities).
• Negotiate with partners for win-win collaboration for both commercial goals and for the purpose of enhancing the IKEA brand.
• Lead and liaise with relevant interval stakeholders such as the marketing team, Sales, Com-in, stores or sustainability if the collaboration involves them.

AR Officer Duties

Credit Officer Duties

• Delivery of invoices to clients electronically on day of issue
• Initial follow up of invoices after 7 days to ensure client has received the invoice and requires no further information or assistance
• Source additional information if requested to do so by the client
• Friendly Reminder that payment has not been received, where payment due date is missed by 2 days
• Demonstrate the ability to disseminate information for inclusion in the Aurecon Client Credit Risk Assessment Form (C-CRAF) for approval under the Delegation of Authority.
• Ordering of Credit Reports from Credit Reporting agencies.
• New client registration and management of information in the client database.
• New and reactivated Client Global reporting and audit.
• Monitoring and maintenance of clients inactive > 12 months as required under the Credit Policy.
• Working Capital Reporting and analysis for Credit Limit recommendation with appropriate DOA approval.
• Extended Terms reporting and ensuring approval is renewed when expired.
• Other duties as requested from time to time.

Training and Performance Development (within the Shared Services Finance Team)

• Work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader to meet agreed training and performance development goals
• Actively work to achieve set goals
• Identify any knowledge gaps and escalate concerns to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader

§ This position reports to the Regional Operations Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities

§ Generally in-charge of maintaining the safety, quality management system and for ensuring the region’s compliance to the Global Business policies and procedures, Corporate Governance, Health and Safety, Operational Integrity, other required management system standards, applicable laws, and approved customer-related commitments.

What will you do?

• Entering of Quotes and Sales Orders in the ERP system
• Client account management and liaison
• Overseeing the Range Plan and Pricing relevant to contract supply in the B2B ordering portal where applicable
• Enforcement/Management of contract pricing arrangements and periodic price reviews
• Expediting supply (order fulfillment) within contract terms
• In-house core stock management to meet major contract client KPI’s
• Be responsible for a number of house and/or contract client accounts. Interface with these clients will also include regular email contact and the nurturing of an ethical and productive working relationship within this portfolio
• Be able to broker highly demanding expectations from clients and manage the realities of the procurement cycle to match or exceed those expectations
• Demonstrate background in sales processing and use of quote/order/invoicing stock management/ERP systems
• Approval of alternate items for clients as required due to deletions or change in standards or suppliers (This process will/could involve internal liaison with company product specialists and Suppliers)
• Management and oversight of the B2B ordering portal for applicable clients that use this facility; requires the updating of Range Plans as they evolve and maintenance of contract pricing

The marketing officer will be responsible for:

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer reports to the Manila-based Senior M&E Manager and is responsible for coordinating monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities under the award in the O2 implementation sites. This is a regular full-time position based in Pasig City. The M&E Officer ensures timely communication of data to the Senior M&E Manager. S/he works with the Senior M&E Manager on the development and management of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Plan.
 

Essential Functions 

The M&E Officer’s specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Work with the MEL Team in designing, testing, and translating various M&E and research tools as well as activity monitoring plans and research work plans.

- Lead the implementation, coordination, and supervision of MEL activities in the assigned project sites.

- Perform or assist in data collection, data entry, data validation, and data quality assessment.

- Train field interviewers in data collection as necessary.

- Provide regular updates and write progress reports on MEL activities and submit M&E data timely.

- Assist the MEL and Communications Teams in documenting project impact and success stories.

- Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders in the assigned project areas to obtain information and data related to project performance.

- Present and share M&E and research findings to internal project stakeholders in the assigned areas.

- Assist with periodic reports as appropriate and submit inputs timely.

- Provide support to other special initiatives as may be needed.

- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential documents and information, and with co-workers and EDC partners.
