In this role, you will be the single point of contact for the Commercial and Finance teams, to liaise on Finance/Revenue related requests. You will be the go-to person from the Commercial side on all Finance related processes, platforms and documents who can advise on actions accordingly. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all key cut-off dates based on the Monthly Closing Calendar are strictly adhered to

• Update opportunities for Commercial teams and advise on opportunity set-up in Salesforce. 
• Commission opportunity in Salesforce to get the job number (i.e. include billing instructions, final contract details, evidence of agreement (EOA) and/or PO). Raise job number request for exception cases, if needed.
• Raise request and coordinate new SAP account creation and credit checks.
• Review and approve proforma invoices .
• Follow up with the Billing team on sending invoices to clients.
• Raise credit memo request for invoice revisions/ cancellations.
• Attend the local Billing and Cash Collection calls and coordinate action items with the Commercial team.
• Ensure project dates in SAP are updated. Raise SAP change requests as needed.
• Follow up with the Operations team on pending fieldwork start date confirmation.
• Follow up with the Commercial team on pending evidence of delivery (EOD).
• Other Finance/Revenue-related duties, as assigned

• Product Management
  • Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to manage product range and presence.
  • Oversee signage and visual merchandising programs at retail stores and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Content Creation:
  • Develop creative and engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany posts.
• Social Media Management:
  • Assist in scheduling and publishing content across different platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Trends and Research:
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Conduct research on competitor social media strategies.
• Time Management:

Sales Support

• assist in addressing the needs and requirements of field personnel.
• Provide valuable sales support by promptly attending to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Document Preparation

• prepare necessary documents and presentations for account showroom visits, including presentation decks for B2B and General Trade accounts or prospects.
• Ensure all required items, details, and schedules for showroom visits are readily available.

Sales Documentation

• Prepare various sales documentation, including but not limited to sales reports, product performance analyses, business reviews, and other documents based on raw data.

Account Performance Monitoring

• Monitor the performance of handled accounts and provide constructive feedback to the respective account officer in charge.

Product Portfolio Awareness

• Ensure heightened awareness of the company's product portfolio in each account being managed.

Sales Records Management

• Maintain accurate records of sales and compare them with targets to assist the sales manager and account officer in monitoring the team's progress.
