Job Overview:

As an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager, the job will play a crucial role in supervising the sales activities from promotions up to purchase orders.

This job involves maintaining and generating businesses in the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all sales activities.
• Regular meetings with potential customers and Suppliers.
• Generate new sales. Sourcing for all potential suppliers and customers for the Philippines market.
• Responsible for the procurement from chemical manufacture companies in PH.
• Maintaining existing businesses with Philippines suppliers and customers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Provide market insight for the sales of the company’s products.

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, Marketing, or any related courses.
• With at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Must have a background working in the chemical trading industry or manufacturing of raw materials industry.
• Having experience in trading/selling basic commodity/ chemical raw materials is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented, humble, and has initiative to perform.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve the KPI (Personal sales budget, target strategy)
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s technical products or services, as well as the industry and market trends.
• Develop sales strategies and implement sales plans to achieve company growth sales targets and profit margins.
• Conduct competitor’s analysis vis-à-vis FESP business in the territory.
• Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
• Provides expertise and support to sales team to communicate products, services and client needs.
• Actively involves in commercial and technical discussion with customers with the support of FESP Partners. Gather customers’ requirements and coordinate with factory on customer’s needs. Conducts solution proposal to prospects and maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive.
• Prepares Monthly sales report for Management review.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or field related to products and services being sold is preferred.
• At least three years of related products or sales experience required.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of transformers/switchgears and other industrial automation products and systems.
• Proven sales track record in Industrial Plant Sales business environment.
• Candidates with Multi-National Companies experience is an advantage.
• Candidates with site work experience (e.g., Electrical work, testing, and commissioning, project management, etc.) are preferred.
• Have good contact & network of prospective customers/ distributors/ consultants/ contractors in the Philippines.
• Quick response and reporting.
• Keep abreast of the industrial market trends.
• Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
