NielsenIQ is seeking a talented Post-Sales Enablement Specialist to play a key role in enabling sellers to be more efficient, stay focused on winning business and ensure a smooth customer experience upon close of contract. Reporting to the Director of Post-Sales Enablement, this role will work with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to recognized revenue faster. An ideal candidate is a proactive, deadline driven task manager with an eye for process improvement. Responsibilities

• Effectively manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to revenue as quickly as possible; including assisting with PO tracking and management, processing of orders, billing and coordinating with cross functional team members on product delivery as applicable to ensure a stellar customer experience (includes Pre-Sales, Product, Finance, Delivery and Customer Success).
• Help drive the development, automation, governance, measurement, and improvement of the order to invoice cycle; includes evaluating the integration of CRM and Finance platforms and assisting with training support
• Partner closely with major business functions across the quote to order life cycle including Product, Finance, Sales, and Legal to resolve order questions and process orders quickly without error
• Drive compliance with company policies, business rules and revenue recognition principles
• Effectively manage numerous requests concurrently and on deadline; includes managing expectations and escalating delays to leader in timely manner 
• Build and utilize deal tracking and status reports with a sharp focus on details to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and alert sellers of at-risk opportunities to ensure teams stay on track to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process, resolve inconsistencies and give insightful feedback to cross functional stakeholders in an effort to improve efficiency across the sales cycle
• Serve as an expert on internal sales processes related to pricing, quoting, legal, ordering and delivery to guide sellers on best practices and ensure adherence

Summary of Role

The inside sales role at Vesta is a support and sales position tasked with lead generation, administrative support for Account Executives and Project Managers, as well as coordination of project operations functions within focusing on billing and scheduling and CRM maintenance.

Because this role touches many aspects of the organization, it is considered a foundational position. This role is intended to allow motivated and qualified team members to progress in their careers with Vesta into sales, design, operations, or customer success. 

A solid understanding of the Vesta brand positioning and process is critical to the success of this role as an ISR employee will be able to learn sales skills and prospecting, design theory, planning, and operations processes

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

1. Outbound lead generation on new market listings and stale properties: ISR daily will focus on outbound emails to agents who have new listings or listings on the market, which Vesta has an opportunity to stage.
2. Develop an active portfolio of agents, developers, and new home-builders assigned to the new target market.  
3. Maintained accurate task and follow-up actions on all deal-related activity related to outstanding invoices, install dates, COIs, changes, and delivery information between sales and operations.
4. Responsible for managing and improving the "Job Scope" entry process into Airtable and Eames, acting as 1st-level escalation for errors questions. 
5. Support the sales and account management team with deal activities such as collecting payment info, updating CRM data, customer service inquiries, interfacing with design and operations, and scheduling.
6. Clean and maintain prospecting lists for marketing and segmentation.
7. Manage all inbound lead inquiries via phone and internet form fills, Conduct initial qualification of customer needs and address questions, and route internally as appropriate. (Phone coverage will be the primary responsibility of this role during regular business hours, 9-5 PST)
8. Enter leads into CRM on qualified projects and assign to a sales team members based on lead rotation and distribution schedule. Return after-hours calls and qualify leads or address customer questions.
   Maintenance of all Customer data, including dates, addresses, projects, broker affiliations, and billing/invoicing details with the Salesforce CRM
9. Using the CRM and email templates, ISR will conduct outreach, add new agents to a database and qualify listings for a sales team.

You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, exclusively focused on identifying and qualifying potential clients and prospects. Your expertise in SEO services, content writing, and Google Ads management will be your tools for assessing the suitability of leads for our offerings. Utilizing tools like Ahrefs or Semrush, you will conduct website audits and analyze online presence to build persuasive arguments for their interest in acquiring Pronto's services. This role is entirely dedicated to sales, with a primary focus on lead classification and qualification, without any marketing tasks involved. Your insights will drive our sales team's efforts, ensuring that we engage with the most promising opportunities in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools like Ahrefs or Semrush to audit websites and assess online presence, gathering essential data for sales efforts.
• Identify and source potential clients and prospects through various channels, including online research, databases, and social media platforms.
• Initiate outbound cold calls to prospects, presenting Pronto's services and assessing their needs and interests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients, providing information and addressing questions.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage with leads to determine their interest and qualifications as potential clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system

Qualifications

This role is perfect for you if:

• Digital marketing expertise: SEO, Google Ads, website management with 2-3years of relevant experience in using AHREFS, SEMrush or Google Ads Keyword Planner to perform keyword research for search engine marketing campaigns.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
• Successful sales outreach call track record.
• Strong B2B and digital marketing background.
• Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.
• Exceptional communication: written, verbal, and presentation.
• Proven business development using sales and CRM tools.
