Job Title: 16771023511 - Virtual Assistant/ Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary Range: $1000 - $1500 per month

Working Hours: 9:30-5:30 UK Time, M-F

Duties and Responsibilities:

Website

• Editing video and photos to create website content using the company’s brand guidelines.
• Find SEO keywords through Ubersuggest that match the recipe.
• Writing a blog post that goes with the recipe and includes key phrases, keywords and etc to the post.
• Schedule on Wordpress for approval.
• Once approved - create schedule for social channels
• Create roundup blog posts - we usually do two of these weekly. 
• Update current website content to make it better.

Social Media

• Work with the client to create a strong social media plan for 3 months.
• Create KPIs with the client to measure  efforts.
• Be vocal in knowing what works/doesn’t work. Do more of what works.
• Create graphics using brand guidelines.
• Take recipes and videos that the client has created and help to edit and schedule.
• Respond to comments daily on all social channels
• Increase engagement

Online Course/Coaching

• Work with the client  to create content for an online coaching platform.
• Create social plan for growth.
• Use Kajabi with the client to create sellable content/coaching
• Create Newsletter through Kajabi.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of managing social media campaigns
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
• Experience with SEO and content creation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in the tools Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress Tailwind, and Pinterest 
• Experience in Google Workspace, Canva, Ubersuggest a plus

• Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote U-BIX Corporation and its products and services.
• Conduct market research and gather data on consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities to support marketing initiatives.
• Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and trade shows.
• Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content for online platforms.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to contribute fresh ideas and insights to marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience in marketing or related roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
