About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator Change Management and Training to support the planning, execution, and administration of change management and training programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Support

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

• Experience working with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
