JOB TARGET

As Cargo Sales Manager, you will be directly and independently responsible for the end to end sales of international air cargo services and products. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will formulate and implement sales strategies in line with the overall country and regional objectives and maximize the airlines market share revenue earnings within the cargo sales market. This includes market segmentation and yield management while ensuring pricing strategies are sufficiently competitive to achieve optimum levels of revenue and traffic with major customers – direct customers, forwarders, brokers, integrators - suppliers, and also other airlines.

Job Description

Our Digital Marketing Account Managers are our front-facing, client-oriented team members who strive to guide great marketing campaigns, help educate our clients about campaigns and processes, and make sure campaigns are running smoothly and on time. 

As the bridge between our SEO, blogging, and PPC teams, our Account Managers go above and beyond for our clients and help ensure our processes are efficient. Being a natural problem solver is a must, and our Account Managers are always thinking of ways to improve or create new ways of helping our clients. 

Because our Account Managers look after our most highly valued clients, they are detail-oriented and help ensure our clients are getting the best value and quality out of our services. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients who sign up for multiple services and spend $1,500+ per month
• Taking onboarding, quarterly, and additional client calls with a friendly, clear, and confident phone manner
• Understanding the ins and outs of our digital marketing services to know how to keep them on track, when they are working, and when to offer additional or alternative services to clients
• Respond to client questions in a timely manner to make sure they feel easily connected to their campaigns
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising campaign progress and results 
• Coordinate and keep on track SEO, Link Building, PPC, and Blogging campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working closely with multiple projects and clients where close communication and relationship building was fundamental to the role
• Ability to multitask on different projects whilst keeping everything organised 
• Solid communication skills with clients, being able to adapt to their level of knowledge so that you can explain enough about the campaign for them to comfortably understand the campaign, why it’s being run, and what type of results they can expect
• A well-rounded understanding of marketing concepts, including blogging campaigns, intermediate knowledge of Google Ads or other PPC campaigns, keyword research, and SEO fundamentals and best practices
• Beginner to intermediate understanding of website analysis, using Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and website audit tools such as ahrefs
• Being able to perform additional marketing research to help our specialist understand the client’s industry and goals

We are seeking a strategic and analytical MANAGER, DIGITAL MARKETING  (E-COMMERCE/SHOPIFY) with a proven track record in delivering exceptional results through consistent execution of strategic plans. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, analyzing, optimizing, and executing e-commerce growth strategies across channels (social, ads, newsletter, Shopify, SEO).

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analysis
• Analyze G4 analytics to support SEO, social acquisition, newsletter, and objectives (below)
• Analyze social media content performance to support objectives.
• Analyze the Shopify reporting dashboard to support objectives.
• Analyze Klaviyo reporting dashboards (flows and campaigns) to support objectives.
• Analyze and report weekly on promotion performance (Shopify) and suggest optimizations (products/pricing).
• Analyze and report weekly on revenue performance
• Analyze display ad and pre-roll video performance in ads account and optimize.
• Analyze LTV and optimize retention channels (Klaviyo).
• Analyze Shopify baskets, customer cohorts/segmentation, and up-sells/cross-sells to achieve AOV objectives.

• Tasks/Expectations
• Work with and assist the Content Manager in scheduling and assigning content tasks across editors, writers, and vendors (A/V).
• Work with the Operations Manager to provide analysis and feedback on sales and performance objectives outlined below.

• Define LTV and create substantiated objectives for incremental growth.
• Increase conversion rate on Shopify from 4.5% to 6%+
• Increase social media traffic acquisition monthly (currently ~5,000).
• Increase website revenue week over week consistently.
• Achieve SEO objectives within the agency contract (non-branded clicks, organic search traffic, technical scoring).

• Must have proven experience in digital marketing
• E-commerce background is a plus (ideally 5 years of experience in e-commerce)
• Proficiency in using the following tools is a plus (should have an "I can figure this out" mentality with an understanding of how tools work):
• Klaviyo (analysis not necessarily editing/creating emails)
• Shopify dashboard - analysis of traffic/promotions/revenue/customer segmentation etc
• G4 Google Analytics - pulling insights out from traffic/monetization.
• Excel/Numbers - for basic analysis reporting.

The Assistant Business Controller is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including partnership with key stakeholders, manage corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

He/she will play a crucial role in identifying and rectifying discrepancies while assisting in the establishment of effective control systems.

He/She plays an important role in supporting the achievement of the company goals and strategic decision-making process by making sure compliance with relevant laws and company rules.

Scope:

- Provide analysis and insight into financial reports to link them to company strategy. Interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.

- Develop and implement effective commercial procedures to ensure that essential operational, commercial, and financial objectives are met.

- Playing key role on FP&A process and work with the MD to create immediate and future strategies for the organization’s planning, investment, and budgeting activities.

- Review past and present data as well as the organization’s projected future financial health to help management craft sound strategies for growth.

- Promote cost management initiatives and efficiencies, including but not limited to implementing and maintaining budgets, analyzing cost drivers, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
