Sales Geographical Territory:

The role oversees sales activities and revenue generation nationwide for construction systems for Visayas and Mindanao area. Department Overview – Group Commercial

The Group Commercial unit englobes the Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Development teams of IQ-EQ. Group Commercial is the department responsible for the retention of our existing client base in coordination with the rest of the Group, and responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of IQ-EQ.

Job Summary

As a Senior Associate, Sales Operations you should be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and technical support to the Sales Operations team, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate data management. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data analysis, reporting, process and governance improvement plans. As a Legal Onboarding & Business Junior Officer you will:

• Assist the team with the coordination and preparation of fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in alternative asset classes e.g. real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure, as well as Corporate structures with the guidance of your line manager.

The Sales role will involve a combination of internal and external sales activity, meeting customers face to face and attending competitor events. He/ She will sell to valued existing customers, generate new business, and performance will be evaluated based on achieving revenue and new business targets.
