• Coordinate with our fulfillment vendors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and hit deadlines.

• Contribute to the development of our written/recorded training material and SOPs.

Minimum Requirements:

• • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a relevant role.
• • Strong proficiency in MS Office, data entry software (we use Trello), and digital communication tools.
• • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• • background in a marketing advertising firm would be preferred

Salary: 40,000 to P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Victoria AU)

• Prior experience in Sales – telesales, B2B, field sales, etc.
• High level of demonstrable persuasion, negotiation skills & English communication skills
• Enthusiasm, willingness & aptitude to learn & develop a career

Nice to Have:

• Background in lighting industry
• Experience handling AU clients
• Previous experience in outbound calling

• Account Management – building rapport with an existing client base, up-selling & cross selling to drive retention & sales growth
• Sales Acquisition – outbound calling, lead generation and business development
• Processing orders & credits
