Summary of Role

The inside sales role at Vesta is a support and sales position tasked with lead generation, administrative support for Account Executives and Project Managers, as well as coordination of project operations functions within focusing on billing and scheduling and CRM maintenance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

1. Outbound lead generation on new market listings and stale properties: ISR daily will focus on outbound emails to agents who have new listings or listings on the market, which Vesta has an opportunity to stage.
2. Develop an active portfolio of agents, developers, and new home-builders assigned to the new target market.  
3. Maintained accurate task and follow-up actions on all deal-related activity related to outstanding invoices, install dates, COIs, changes, and delivery information between sales and operations.
4. Responsible for managing and improving the "Job Scope" entry process into Airtable and Eames, acting as 1st-level escalation for errors questions. 
5. Support the sales and account management team with deal activities such as collecting payment info, updating CRM data, customer service inquiries, interfacing with design and operations, and scheduling.
6. Clean and maintain prospecting lists for marketing and segmentation.
7. Manage all inbound lead inquiries via phone and internet form fills, Conduct initial qualification of customer needs and address questions, and route internally as appropriate. (Phone coverage will be the primary responsibility of this role during regular business hours, 9-5 PST)
8. Enter leads into CRM on qualified projects and assign to a sales team members based on lead rotation and distribution schedule. Return after-hours calls and qualify leads or address customer questions.
