About the Role

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts of agency meetings, leaders’ meetings, performance review meetings, business planning, career orientation programs, training programs, management programs, and planning sessions as required by the sector and agencies under the sector.
• Aids the agencies under the sector with the promotion and monitoring of sales and recruitment programs and campaigns.
• Undertakes recruitment activities to increase the number of leaders and agents.
• Ensures efficient delivery of services related to licensing, agency benefits, and agency relations in coordination with Agency Operations – Agency Services.
• Supports the Sales Management Team in the resolution of agency conflicts and agency-related issues.
• Execute Advisor Programs that directly contribute to achieving company goals, objectives and business targets
• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through ACE and Business Reviews
• Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day-to-day observations and feedback from the Agency
• Oversee overall agency operations of the sector through (1) agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates (2)  regular agency events, such as group and individual BOPs, as needed
• Facilitate orientations and coach agency on understanding and maximizing the Agency compensation scheme and career path
• Conduct orientations and coach agency on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap, and create activities and programs to influence agency leaders on developing advisors to become MDRTs and develop new agency leaders.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
• With at least 5 years’ work experience in sales – corporate or its equivalent, preferably handling a distribution channel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Influencer, organized and resourceful
• Agile
• Technologically adept
• Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
• Basic knowledge or experience in Social Media Marketing

• Monitor, detect, assess, validate and report outliers found in the Market Conduct Monitoring Tool (MCMT) and Early Warning Signs (EWS) tool.
• Conduct a regular review on agency incentives and campaigns to identify issues and recommend improvements and/or implement mitigating controls.
• Spearhead the working group for the mystery shopping engagement.  Ensure completion of remediation action plans.
• Evaluate policy replacement transactions.

• Develop and implement interventions to address gaps in the BQ Framework and correct negative sales practices.
• Design and execute long term action plans to promote quality and compliance culture in the agency.  Conduct quality health check in the agencies.
• Develop detailed work procedures/manuals, tools, training and communication plans that support BQ framework and MCG.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Targets include:
• both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for new accounts acquisition; and
• both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for retention of existing business.             
• Build relationship with Financial Advisors assigned to him/her, which includes acting as CS liaison when it comes to:
• Request pricing and proposal generation of proposal for customized plans. This includes pricing negotiation with CS Case Underwriting
• Request of new business and renewal business set-up and issuance of initial/renewal billing for customized cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, Group Medical issuance of individual member cards, issuance of individual member certificate, billing issuance, and  premium collection and commission crediting.
• Request of new and renewal business set-up for package cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, Group Medical issuance of individual member cards, issuance of individual member certificate, and commission crediting.
• Coordinates the monthly renewals with the concerned Financial Advisor
• Overseeing the handling of daily inquiry calls from clients with regards to their program; and
• Monitors and ensures delivery of service required from the backroom office. Ensure the prompt and timely submission of accurate reports to immediate superior and provide analysis for each report to include recovery plan should figures lag behind assigned targets.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• At least 2 years corporate sales experience

• Conducts 15-Day Basic Training Program (BTP) each month for new Bancassurance Sales Executives (BSE). – 40 hrs
• Conduct Product briefing to bank personnel (average of 4 sessions per week) – 16 hrs
• Facilitate RP Workshops to BPI Branches ( average of 4 session per week) – 16 hrs
• Conduct of advanced training programs to enhance sales productivity (Area Meetings; Boot Camps, Sales Clinics; etc.) – 16 hrs
• Designs advanced modules and tools for In-Branch sales; BPI and Head office employees – 20 hrs
• Develop and enhance basic and advanced training manuals and tools. -20 hrs
• Attend to queries from BSEs; BAMs; BDMs – 10 hrs
• Monitors performance of BTP Batches handled (BTP Recall) -10 hrs Implements training security guidelines. – 20 hrs
• Accomplish reports such as but not limited to the ff: Training Summary; Participant Feedback; Shadowing Report; training needs analysis. – 8 hrs
• Act as LOMA EdRep in administering and facilitating LOMA Exam for BPLAC employees – 24 hrs
• Conduct of Financial Wellness activities to BPI clients – 8 hrs
• Monitors expenses and materials during trainings – 8 hrs
• Prepares cash advance for training programs and liquidates within the specified turn around time of the company. – 8 hrs
