A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experience.
• Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities.
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags.
• Support customer purchases and returns in the register.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be conducting phone calls to our client’s list of cold and warm leads to close them as customers. By skillfully building interest, you should be able to create opportunities with new prospects as well as educate them about the products of our client. You must be able to ask smart, targeted questions, and speak knowledgeably. A successful Sales Development Representative is a strong communicator and a fast learner with the natural sales instinct to be the face and voice of our company.

• A bachelor’s degree in any field you are passionate about!
• 2 to  3 years of experience in a sales position.

About the Role

• Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development
• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews
• Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion
• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the Agency compensation scheme and career path
• Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like
• Conduct orientations and coach agency on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap to influence agency leaders on developing advisors to become MDRTs and develop new agency leaders. • Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day to day observations and feedback from the Agency
• Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

• Monitors attendance, completion and governance of advisor and development programs based on established company training path.
• Monitors results of training programs based on previously agreed metrics, regularly updates and maintains training database, and submits reports to the Senior Manager.
• Provides feedback received from the field to the Senior Manager on how training requirements of the agency can be better served.
• Prepares monthly training schedule for the agencies in the assigned territory in coordination with region/territory Sales Management.
• Prepares the necessary training materials and logistics needed to deliver training programs.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
