Perform outbound cold calls to food panda vendors and riders to promote and sell products and services
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers (if possible)
Explain product benefits based on spiel provided by food panda
Recommended loan products or services according to the customer's needs
Deal with complaints and address customer concerns (can be discussed)
Keep track of customers that have been contacted in the future (Reports)
Follow-up on previous customers for potential conversion
Go the "extra mile" to meet certain target
Follow data sharing and retention policy as provided by Food Panda
1 to 2 yrs. experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role in a BPO company
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
Knowledge and experience in financial products and loans is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results oriented
Patient, professional and must be able to handle customer rejection
Salary:
20,000.00/month
