Marketing Coordination:

• Develop the marketing plan, organizing ideas from your manager and the team into actionable strategies.
• Oversee the execution of the marketing plan, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.

• Manage and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

• Assist with managing the budget by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring expenditures align with budget allocations while addressing any financial discrepancies.

Sales Support:

• Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, presentations, sales materials, proposals,  contracts and the like.
• Assist with the maintenance of customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track targets, KPIs, performance metrics, and analyze data for growth opportunities.
• Facilitate communication within the sales team, ensuring smooth information flow and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Event and Project Coordination:

• Organize and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and material preparation.
• Support key project management tasks such as setting timelines, coordinating efforts, and tracking project progress.

Continuous Improvement:

• Process Standardization and Improvement: Assist with developing, documenting, implementing, enforcing, reviewing and updating SOPs to ensure consistent and standardized practices. Continuously reviewing and updating SOPs based on lessons learned and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Walmay’s methodologies.
• Training and Onboarding: Assist with conducting training sessions and onboarding new team members to ensure understanding and adherence to established SOPs as required.

II.                   JOB SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Representative leads the development and implementation of the organization’s advertising strategies and activities. He or She must guarantee that marketing operations are successful in reaching the management’s goal.

III.                 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s NCLEX-related services.

2.       Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, attending industry event, leveraging professional networks.

3.       Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

4.       Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company’s offered services.

5.       Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

6.       Monitor market trends, competitors, and client’s feedback to inform and adjust sales strategies as necessary.

7.       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales activities, marketing collaterals, client interactions, and other relevant data using monitoring tools.

8.       Coordinate and assist with internal teams, including customer support and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

9.       Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to the company’s business process.

QUALIFICATION

4.1   Educational/License/Certification

·       Graduate of Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship courses or any relevant degree

4.2   Experience

·       At least 6 months to 1 year of sales or marketing experience

4.3   Skills

·       A team player with a customer – oriented approach

·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

·       With sales and/or marketing experience or another similar role

·       Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

·       Basic understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

As a Marketing Analytics Team Coordinator/Data Analyst, you will coordinate and oversee the Marketing Analytics team's efforts to help the business deliver growth and user conversions. This includes coordinating with stakeholders and product owners, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement, and analyzing marketing funnel effectiveness as well as performances of various projects.
