1. Provides Order Management support for the following initially identified processes:

• Order Processing
• Order Revisions
• Stock Enquiry and lead time (Either with existing PO/or no PO)
• Material Movement
• Outstanding Report (Admin Task)
• Completion Invoice Report (Admin Task)

2. Ensures and maintains high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer enquiries and handling of orders from receipt to the closure of sales.

3. Responsible in providing Sales revenue report on a Monthly basis.

4. Provides booking confirmation to customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and in correct status before each order status.

5. Generates Tax invoice, packing instructions and shipping information to customers to release orders for shipment.

6. Notifies customer of Promise Delivery Date with an order acknowledgment and ensures that customer receives their orders on time and shipment commitment targets are met.

7. Coordinates with other departments/support to complete the request of customers and communicates effectively with RO on customer’s delivery date pull in requests.

8. Generates, analyzes Back Orders and provides feedback to customers.

• Taking responsibility: You will handle customer enquiries in writing and by telephone in English. You will support customers with their extensive requests concerning various digital topics such as vehicle applications and the like.
• Think comprehensively: In case of challenges with booked services in the vehicle you are the first point of contact and present possible solutions to the customer in 1st or 2nd level support.
• Implement reliably: Forwarding technical issues to the appropriate departments is just a part of your responsibilities aside from communicating with specialist centers. You will also educate our customers on the existing digital product portfolio.

• Receives and issues of Sales and Purchase Orders
• Receives booking requests via inbound phone call and/or email
• Liaises with customer and Factories pertaining to delivery scheduling, pull-in/push-out request and ensure that SLA are met
• Process shipment and booking of orders via SAP system
• Generates shipping documents and process for invoicing
• Ensures that all pending shipment and invoice is process within SLA
• Verifies billing for Export logistics operations
• Supports the factories for any application of customers where necessary
• Dispatch of shipping document to Customers
• Coordinates with Customers and Factories in case of any return cargoes
• Issue of Debit/Credit notes pertaining to claims or return cargoes
• SAP master maintenance
