• Continuous Improvement:

• Manage local Support Engineering functions

Implement the regional Support Engineering Strategy and Policy in the CC

• Lead implementation of standards of customer service and satisfaction and the associated  

   performance metrics, as well as group processes and policies in the CC

• Drive the improvement of the operational and financial performance of Tech Support activities in the CC

• Provide technical solutions by selecting the appropriate methods, standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress against the established baseline and providing regular updates.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve issues related to schedule adherence and recommend corrective actions as appropriate.
• Analyze project data and forecasts to identify potential schedule risks and proactively develop strategies to minimize and mitigate delays.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in project scheduling processes, tools, and techniques, and work with project teams to implement changes.
• Provide technical expertise and support in the development of time-phased project budgets and resource plans.
• Review and assess the accuracy and completeness of schedule inputs and outputs, including logic, durations, constraints, and critical path.
• Ensure that all schedule-related communications are delivered on time and to the appropriate level of detail and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 9+ years of experience in project scheduling in the Oil and Energy industry.
• Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices, including earned value management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
