Responsibilities:
- Review and make a good record of the spare parts/unit inventory and usage.
- Review and approve service expenses and lodge in internal systems.
- Office administration including maintain files and organization, plan meetings.
- Review customer service activities being done to ensure all requirements are met and optimize current procedures to improve team performance.
- Maintain the internal GSP system, work order input and Customer Satisfaction Inquiry
- Monitor complex technical problems that are recorded and tracked within the internal system and liaise with internal teams for improvement and development.
- Continuously develop knowledge of all relevant products and services
- Communicate with the management, sales team and customers to support the business development.
Job Requirement:
- At least 1-2 years of operations, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal) in English is necessary, fluent (Verbal) in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
- High attention to details.
