The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a crucial role within the Talent Acquisition team, specialising in candidate sourcing and identification. Bollore Logistics Philippines, Inc. is currently seeking an IFFO - AirFreight Specialist (Import) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the airfreight import operations to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of shipments.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Ensures that all necessary information and documents concerning inbound cargoes through agents, carriers, and customers are promptly and accurately disseminated to concerned parties.

2. Inquires the departure / arrival of carrier with various shipping lines and airlines / co-loaders

3. In charge of weekly reservation and booking with shipping lines / airlines, upon receipt of Transport Order from ODS

4. Prepare TOR for ODS TOM creation ( if required)

5. Receives shipping instructions and coordinates pick-up arrangements with trucking companies.

6. Ensures clearance of import cargoes are pre-advise to consignee prior the arrival of goods at destination.

7. Prepares billing instructions and eventually send this to Finance Department.

8. Coordinates with airline / shipping line, agents and consignee in obtaining Original Bill of Lading or Waybill, and other documents related with shipment release.

9. Prepares invoices for payment request to consignee upon receipt of the finished process from agents.

10. Prepares request for check/payment for freight and other related bills.

11. Coordinate trucking and/or brokerage requirement of shipment, if required.

12. Assists client on their inquires related to export shipments.

13. Monitors the airline or shipping line acceptance for slots and/or excess strip

14. Monitors possible caged shipment, Sanitary and Phytosanitary Clearances, Flight disruptions (airline failure to uplift), change in routing.

15. Receives and verifies delivery receipts, collects and monitors mailing of pre-alerts; sends arrival alert and documents to consignee as soon as cargo is released from airlines.

The incumbent serves as the EDC driver responsible for the safe transport of project staff and ensuring the vehicles are properly maintained and in good condition. • Supply Chain activities for Santen Philippines and backup support for Distributor Markets (currently includes Indonesia and Australia), including local supply chain operations, inventory management, distributor management and inbound logistics to ensure required customer service levels

• The Supply Planning Lead is responsible for defining an efficient, cost-effective and stable supply plan that supports sales forecasts and meet inventory targets.

Planning

• Ensure an efficient, cost-effective and stable supply plan (Finished Goods, Collaterals) that supports sales forecasts at acceptable inventory levels

• Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews with your regular customers to document in the CRM.
• Monitor invoicing and BNP report when needed.
• Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
• Be a guide for the team - mentor agents and ensure that positive attitude is maintained within the team.
• Allocate workloads within the team to ensure smooth operations during peak activity or staff absence.
• Promote productivity tools within the team (e.g. using work-board, invoice processing, expo)
• Be continuously open and positive to implementing new system changes and enhancements with your team.

• Use of standard office equipment - computer with keyboard, mouse, phone, fax/copy/scan machine, etc.
• Functions performed primarily while seated at desk.
