Job Description:
- Assist to monitors key performance indicators in the implementation of maintenance projects
- Support in the procurement of products, services, and other materials
- Preparation of costing and checking on the availability of data for spare parts and services within Airbus Helicopters Group or from an external supplier
- Preparation of quotations under consideration of required maintenance man-hours and cost for spare parts, materials, and services.
- Preparation and issuance of purchase orders
- Assist to monitor all the orders and follow up on the undelivered spares from suppliers
- Encode all the parts ordered under order monitoring in the database
