Job Description

• In charge of executing corporate objectives/initiatives (i.e. KPI's, productivity, conversion rate, call out reduction, etc).
• Accountable for and leads maintenance operations in the unit in line with global guidelines.
• Understand the current and future opportunities for the maintenance business in the unit and define and implement local and global maintenance development actions, which cover processes, product offering and ensure the KONE Pricing Policy is followed.
• Evaluate critical equipment problems and resolve it
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with customers to promote the KONE’s products and services and resolve disagreements over the terms and conditions of maintenance agreement
• Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of maintenance activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending, and ensure that standards are met.
• Evaluate the results of all maintenance  agreements, identify recurring problems and prepare recommendations for executives about significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, or technology.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for maintenance activities that align with the organisation's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
• Responsible for driving a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
• Identify training needs (methods, project management, contractual requirements, code and legal implications as applicable to area of business) for managers, project managers and supervisors in order to fulfil business plan in each area of discipline.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the matrix Maintenance team(s) and professionals to achieve the established budget, safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals.
• Responsible for reaching the budgets in the unit
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, data management and service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 year experience in service/maintenance operation, facility management and/or security.
• Minimum 10 years in leadership role.
• Good command of English and local language.
• Proven track record of P&L, business planning & controlling, budgeting and long term planning processes.

KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Team Lead to join our Delivery Operation team in Rockwell, Makati Philippines office.

He/she will drives and supports Front Line (FL) planning activities across New Business Solutions and Modernization, resulting in the agreed and aligned sales plan, installation resource plan, materials plan and financial forecast. S&OP Team Lead is accountable for S&OP process performance in terms of plan accuracy, cross-functional participation and proactive decision making by all stakeholders.

He/She is the expert go-to person for FL/Area/Global staff for all S&OP content, process, data and tools. What will you be doing?

• Provide analysis of product mix trends, forecast accuracy root causes to identify forecast improvements, and lead time trends against assumptions used for the forecasts.

• Accountable for implementing and maintaining the process by training, coaching, influencing, and supporting all projects.

• Preparing meaningful, decision-making material for monthly Executive Meeting (incl. regional demand plan consolidation, mix/trend analysis, risk and opportunity identification, financial scenario analysis, explanation of historical variation to plan for all projects)

• Support Delivery Operations team

• Resolves any planning related master data inaccuracies or issues

• Ensures that order book is updated by the operations team

• Drive the In-Process Review (IPR) meeting with all stakeholders, prepare analysis after IPR review and forecast cost updated in SAP

• Pro-actively to liaise with Operations, Sourcing, CSE and Finance to understand the Risk and Opportunities of IPR selected projects. Also agreed on corrective actions, define responsibilities and deadlines, and share learnings

• Focus on all milestones planning by networks level, IPR status and financial impact, Cash to Cost, Project Costing by Networks and RE level (Actual + Commitment cost vs. Forecast) and take necessary action to close the gaps

• Ensures that other order booking absolutes have been met and quality of required deliverables is adequate for order booking

• Validate the Supporting Documents from Project Admins and Sales

• Installation resource planning - Collaborates with Project Managers by optimize installation resource utilization (sub-con, labour and tools) by preparing capacity and solving imbalances with Operations & Sourcing (Front Line, Area and Global)

Are you the one?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting role in a multinational working environment

• Prior working experience implementing cross functional processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Application especially MS Excel and SAP.

• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with every level of the organization.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, especially in English

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
