Responsibilities / Tasks

• Manages the daily billing processes for spare parts and service projects within NAM service.
• Responds to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner on billing questions (email, phone, portal, etc.)
• Efficiently creates (within SAP or MS Axapta), audits, and transmits invoices via mail, email, or customer portals.
• Manages customer information and company information related to online portals and ERP customer account set up (billing addresses, terms, etc.)
• Interface with Customer Service Representation (CSRs) to correct and/or address any sales order related billing errors to ensure prompt payment to GEA upon delivery of the invoice.
• Communicates with customers on any billing related needs for their accounts.
• Works with other departments (Collections, Sales, Division, Region etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
• Balances open tasks with other staff support priorities within the team or department when known.
• Other service department tasks and assignments as directed by as assigned by department manager.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Preferably an accounting or business degree or commensurate experience in inside sales billing support

• 3-5 years in a billing role (preferably business to business) supporting inside sales to demanding industrial customers.

• Able to provide business support to a multi-location team efficiently and accurately

• Computer literacy including knowledge of SAP, MS Axapta, CRM, MS Office, or ability to quickly learn business software application

• Ability to efficiently work with online customer payment portals and order management screens.

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

• Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Open vacancy is on US Eastern Time work shift (8AM-5PM EST)

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Provide cost wise estimates and quotation based from efficient electrical layouts & design to Application and Sales Team
• Work collaboratively with Project Engineer & Service Team during project installation, commissioning and start-up. By ensuring that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with service technicians for troubleshooting related to electric hardware/software/automation.
• Maintain, manage, operate and modify existing control systems
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical engineering codes
• Evaluate systems’ safety, reliability and performance.
• Provide advice and consultancy support in case of emergency call that pertains to electrical design and layouts.
• Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time.
• Work focus on preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Maintain budgets and adjust according to needs as they arise.
• Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
• Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
• Work cross functional to resolve outstanding issues.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• Knowledgeable in Automation is much preferred
• Field wiring skills
• Broad knowledge and technical skill in Industrial Refrigeration
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Outstanding communication
• Mechanical, electrical, electronic background with a working knowledge of the other disciplines
• Commercial understanding of the impact of failure/downtime on production and ultimately customer delivery

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop and drive supply chain and procurement activities for the BU
• Secure availability of resources and materials, achieve the required performance targets in terms of cost and delivery time

• Lead projects for Make or Buy and drive for decisions & implementation
• Identify and assess key strategic suppliers for modules and complete machines
• Be the direct interface for Global Procurement & Supply Chain

Your Profile / Qualifications

• University, master’s degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent educational level.
• Min 10 years relevant experience in managing Supply Chain and
  Production in multinational companies
• Profound know how of supply/demand planning, warehousing and logistics in multisite environments
• Management Experience ((at least 5 years)
• Proficiency in ERP-systems (SAP) and Business Intelligence reporting Financial acumen.
• Experience in supplier management
• Experience in leading and implementation of corporate Supply Chain networks
• Profound project and change management skills
• Profound know how of international contract management
• Negotiation experience across the global supplier markets
• English, local language, and preferably further languages
