What is expected of you and others at this level:

• Share insights and knowledge with team members and clients to enhance collective expertise and facilitate effective utilization of cloud resources.
• Assist in administering Microsoft 365, including installation, configuration, and monitoring of service health.
• Support management and optimization of shared mailboxes, distribution lists, user accounts, and resource accounts within Microsoft 365.
• Participate in troubleshooting complex issues with Microsoft 365 services and applications, providing support to resolve them efficiently.
• Offer advanced support to end users, addressing inquiries and technical challenges with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for deploying, managing, and utilizing Microsoft 365 across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of GPO monthly service level review which includes running 16 service level reports in Business objects or Looker, researching DC out lines for accurate service level reason coding for penalty reduction, applying formulas in excel to check for accuracy of changes, formatting the final customer facing report that will be provided to the key accounts internal GPO contact, submitting credit request to internal credit team.
• Review highly impacted service level items for Key Account (CVS)
• Prepare and provide needed excel documents for CVS, which would include weekly updates and trends on impacted service level items. Is it a Cardinal issue or supplier driven issue causing these impacts to the customer.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts on certain action items that may be needed to improve the overall customer service level.
• Strives to understand others' opinions and build agreement among team members; utilizes others' ideas and suggestions to shape solutions.
• Customizes inventory strategies to ensure product availability, maximize in stocks and prevent stock outs.
