Position: Business Development Representative
Reporting to: HVS Team Lead
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Onsite)
Working Hours: Mid and Night Shift
Business Development Representative – Role and Responsibilities
- Leverage sales technology (sales automation platforms, CRM, etc.) to execute high-velocity sales process through high volume calls and email outreach, sales cadences, targeted campaigns, and other channels of communication
- Research on prospects using all channels and tools available and approved by the company
- Execute prospecting activities on the list of active, inactive, and potential customers
- Generate and convert prospects from outbound activities and inquiries into potential sales opportunities
- Influence and set an appointment for the prospective clients to engage with our sales team, attend our webinars, meet with us at different events and roadshows, progress a sales conversation that would lead to a won deal
- Build & maintain prospect database from various tools, such as existing company database, search engines, LinkedIn, external databases, etc.
- Manage data input for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged in the company’s CRM tools, and all information are accurate
The Successful Applicant - Requirements
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Self-starter and can produce a great amount of output daily without undermining the quality of work
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a fast phase working environment
- Demonstrate good attention to details and organizational skills
- Experience in using Salesforce and other CRM is an advantage
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and high-performing team player who can work cross-functionally
