As a Leads Verification Specialist, you’ll primarily be responsible for gathering accurate marketable data from the targeted universe and entering this information into a proprietary data-entry system, demonstrating the highest expertise in speed of entry, accuracy of content and professionalism in any direct company contact.

Using various research methods (primarily telephone-based), this position is required to ask a prescriptive list of questions of each company, and ensure key performance indicators are achieved on a daily basis. Some of these KPIs include a targeted number of positive outcomes each day; depth of content updated; and a qualitative assessment, which measures both accuracy of content and the engagement quality of the call.

Your day could see you:

• Verify / update company information via a telephone interview (or web research as required) using a set template of questions/data elements requiring verification/update. 
• Work diligently to meet daily/weekly/monthly as prescribed to meet monthly conversion and volume targets.
• Answer any queries or questions posed by subject companies, the purpose of the call, and the future use of the information contained on the database.

You are a Workforce Queue Analyst, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Efficiently manage call volume and labour resources for inbound and outbound call

QA is an expert in conducting end-to-end monitoring and feedback, reinforcing positive agent behaviors that will result to customer satisfaction, and reforming those that result to negative customer experience.  QA shall be able to assess how transactions are handled, and identify the areas that need improvement.

QA shall ensure that all agent-customer interactions result to positive experience and are performed in accordance to pre-determined compliance guidelines, through, but not limited to:

·         Live or recorded monitoring of agent interactions (both voice and non-voice) ensuring compliance to pre-determined quality guidelines.

About the Role
As an Assistant Accountant in a fast-paced retail company backed by private equity, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting team. • Ticketing System: Day to day Salesforce and quote issue resolution and support for sales department employees
• Acquisition Integration: Assist M&A integration team with data and systems migrations for acquired organizations
• Data Integrity: Ensure and organize all accounts and opportunities are assigned to the correct salesperson
• Manage internal systems: Maintain and administer all internal systems within sales, including setting up and managing users

• Proven experience in effectively managing and coaching internal/virtual teams
• Knowledge or previous experience in the software industry is a plus

General Job Summary

The Sales Coach is an individual contributor role and acting as the “Quality Assurance and Sales Coach” for the High Velocity Sales Team. This individual is responsible for contributing to sales growth of the region and sustainability of the High Velocity Sales Team in Manila. This individual is the champion in the field and responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of the High Velocity Sales Team. This is accomplished by, but not limited to:

• End-to-End Call Monitoring
  • Conducting end-to-end call monitoring and feedback, reinforcing positive sales agent behaviors that will drive better and improved results.
  • Assess how call conversation/meetings are handled and identify the areas that need improvement.
• Coaching and Training
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for our sales team.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Performance Analysis
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leads and managers to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Sales Strategy Enhancement
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to refine and improve sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
• Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with sales managers to understand specific team needs and challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork.

The Successful Candidate
 

• Proven experience and excellent track record as a Sales Coach and Sales Lead
• Proven experience in effectively coaching internal/virtual teams
• Thorough understanding of a high velocity sales process, enterprise sales cycle, sales techniques, sales strategies, and best practices
• Excellent sales, negotiation skills, and objection handling skills
• Knowledge or previous experience in the software industry is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
