A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Associate degree or education equivalent.
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Must be computer literate.
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrate initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
- Prioritize and effectively manage time.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment and independent decision-making.
- Work effectively with windows-based computer systems.
- Effectively interact in a professional and courteous manner with customers.
- Proactive personality and self-motivator.
- Must be able to navigate more than one site at a time.
- FLEXIBILITY IS NEEDED (i.e., shifting working hours and weekend shifts)
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb information on products offering and communications.
- Able to ask help when unsure and escalate as necessary.
