Job Description: 

• Perform end-to-end billing tasks in compliance with approved billing policies & procedures, accounting standards, SOX, internal controls and within the approved service level agreements.

• Assigned invoices may range from simple to moderately complex transactions.

• Update client billing information and instructions and billing rates.

• Gather and review backup documentations for billing purposes.

• Perform revenue recalculation steps in Oracle.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoices are submitted to the clients timely and accurately.

• Distribute invoices to external clients through various distribution platforms e.g. mail, email, and client portal uploads.

• Respond to inquiries and escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

AECOM is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to be based in Manila, Philippines.

​​The role is responsible for ensuring that the organization's cybersecurity program aligns with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role assesses and works through cyber risks, policy implementation, and assists in operating the cybersecurity exceptions and compliance management processes​ 

Cyber Governance: 

• Assist in maintaining cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and standards. 

• Execute and follow/track tasks in a GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platform. 

• Ensure alignment of cybersecurity strategies with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. 

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to promote cybersecurity governance awareness and compliance. 

Policy Lifecycle Management: 

• Assist with executing end-to-end policy lifecycle management process, including policy development, review, approval, and dissemination

The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute processes that will drive the completion of assigned projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform moderately complex tasks that support multiple and varied projects in compliance with the contract, service level agreement, define methodologies, and procedures

This Tax Compliance Specialist contributes mainly to performing periodic, annual and ad hoc tax activities in accordance to tax compliance of various countries such as Australia and New Zealand; generally accepted accounting principles; finance policies, and internal controls.  The role performs analytical processes under the direct supervision of AU onshore stakeholders and collaborates with various departments in completing work assigned. 

Australia and New Zealand Tax 

• Prepares assigned quarterly tax effect accounting entries and statutory tax notes. 

• Process and prepare lodgment of corporate tax returns, payroll tax obligations, and partnership tax returns. 

• Managing GST position, including preparation and lodgment of the business activity statements (BAS) and arrangement of GST payments. 

• Prepare fringe benefits tax (FBT) return, including analysis of tax sensitive accounts and determination of appropriate tax treatment. 

• Support the Manager in administering intercompany agreements and withholding tax positions. 

• Maintain tax fixed asset register. 

Others 

• Assists during tax audits through obtaining invoices and supporting information from the system 

• Completes research to support tax issues and new projects; escalates findings to Tax Manager
