About the Role
Responsible for delivery of revenue and activity targets assigned to his/her.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Targets include:
- both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for new accounts acquisition; and
- both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for retention of existing business.
- Build relationship with Financial Advisors assigned to him/her, which includes acting as CS liaison when it comes to:
- Request pricing and proposal generation of proposal for customized plans. This includes pricing negotiation with CS Case Underwriting
- Request of new business and renewal business set-up and issuance of initial/renewal billing for customized cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, Group Medical issuance of individual member cards, issuance of individual member certificate, billing issuance, and premium collection and commission crediting.
- Request of new and renewal business set-up for package cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, Group Medical issuance of individual member cards, issuance of individual member certificate, and commission crediting.
- Coordinates the monthly renewals with the concerned Financial Advisor
- Overseeing the handling of daily inquiry calls from clients with regards to their program; and
- Monitors and ensures delivery of service required from the backroom office. Ensure the prompt and timely submission of accurate reports to immediate superior and provide analysis for each report to include recovery plan should figures lag behind assigned targets.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course
- At least 2 years corporate sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent planning, organizing and presentation skills
- Computer savvy – MS Office proficient
