• Ensure accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure that it was posted on timely
• Accountable for the accurate processing of all AR accounts

• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and update the HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing company events and cultural initiatives
• Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and performance management processes
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support

• Prepare guests' orders promptly according to standards and ensure they are served in a timely manner.
• Ensures bar maintenance and inventories are up to Fairmont Standards during the entire dining experience.
• Prepares the beverage, food, and supplies requisition and monitors inventory levels, shortages and supplies.
