•Monitors and maintains AI system performance, proposes improvements, and balances strategic planning for AI integration with hands-on operational requirements.

• Ensure accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure that it was posted on timely
• Accountable for the accurate processing of all AR accounts
• Calculate and accurately post credit card commissions daily
• Accurately process all monthly statements, ensuring that they are mailed promptly

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt medical care and respond to emergencies for guests and staff
• Conduct health assessments, basic treatments, and maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel policies
• Educate staff on health and safety practices and provide health-related advice to guests
• Manage first aid supplies and collaborate with local healthcare providers as needed
• Assist in developing and implementing guest wellness programs
• Handle minimal HR tasks as required

• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and update the HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing company events and cultural initiatives
• Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and performance management processes
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects to improve employee experience and maintain HR policies

• Prepare guests' orders promptly according to standards and ensure they are served in a timely manner.
• Ensures bar maintenance and inventories are up to Fairmont Standards during the entire dining experience.
• Prepares the beverage, food, and supplies requisition and monitors inventory levels, shortages and supplies.
