Reporting to Senior Sales Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Achieve targeted sales goals through effective client outreach and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of business leads, conducting regular site inspections and client meetings.
• Manage key accounts, including contracting, profile updates, and contract renewals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Maximize revenue by up-selling and cross-selling hotel facilities and services.
• Negotiate contracts to secure optimal rates and terms for the hotel.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and community functions to enhance visibility and network.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Public Relations department.
• Lead and mentor the Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Enhances guest satisfaction through his/her warm and friendly manner, availability and frequent presence in the hotel
• Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up
• Supervises stock rotations for soft and alcoholic drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs
• Guarantees that equipment is kept clean and well maintained

• Responsible for preparation of various monthly reports required by Department Head
• Supervise and control subordinates to discharge their duties in an effective and efficient manner
• Daily review and posting of general cashier's report and back office collection
• Monthly preparation  and online filing of the business taxes of the Hotel on a timely manner 

• Prepare Payable vouchers and initiate the payment process in timely manner
• Review supplier outstanding statement
• Collect and review all documents necessary for preparation of the payment run
• Properly monitor the issuance of cheques and the safeguard of any unused cheques

• Assists, greets, and welcomes guests by responding to their inquiries and needs, and provides services aligned with hotel standards.
• Helps check in and check out guests with efficiency and accuracy of data and billing,
• Ensures presence on the reception desk, and coordinates with different departments depending on guests' needs.

• Processes all room reservations via phone calls, emails, and Opera which may include booking changes and cancellations.
• Ensures accuracy in reservation entries by checking for duplicate bookings and history, and accommodating and documenting requests while implementing hotel standards.
• Implements revenue management strategies such as upselling, recommendation of hotel facilities, services, and hotel restrictions.

• Assist Chief Steward in overseeing daily stewarding operations and staff management
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams for smooth service operations
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems for stewarding supplies and equipment
• Assist in developing cost-saving measures and departmental budgets
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular inspections of food service areas to maintain hygiene standards
