Reporting to Senior Sales Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Achieve targeted sales goals through effective client outreach and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of business leads, conducting regular site inspections and client meetings.
- Manage key accounts, including contracting, profile updates, and contract renewals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maximize revenue by up-selling and cross-selling hotel facilities and services.
- Negotiate contracts to secure optimal rates and terms for the hotel.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and community functions to enhance visibility and network.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Public Relations department.
- Lead and mentor the Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
