Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions including account reconciliation, journal entries, accounts payable management, and the use of the Divvy expense management system. This role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite. Key Responsibilities:

• Account Reconciliation:
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for various accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and recommend improvements to enhance financial accuracy.

• Journal Entries:
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries for general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are recorded in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Accounts Payable Management:
• Oversee the accounts payable process, including reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring proper approval, and timely payment.

Relationship Building:
