Job Title: E-commerce Assistant

Job Overview:
This individual will work closely with our Web Team Lead, the VP of Marketing, and other cross-functional resources to support daily web tasks, digital product management and optimization, product launches, and more.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Support the Web Lead in regular site QA and testing.
● Join weekly web meetings to support documentation and project planning.
● Support in general research tasks as we consider new web builds and tests.
● Upload new products for launches.
● Set up collections for launches.
● Complete promo set up on site, including, but not limited to, building out discount codes, promo collections, uploading applicable assets, and QA.
● Support in web project management.
● Optimize core collections weekly based on recent performance and other specified needs.
- 2-3 years of similar experience on another Shopify Plus website.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Comfort with all elements of the Shopify Plus Admin console, including, but not limited to, Theme Editor, collections, and product setup and duplication.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working with developers and marketing teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice to have experience:
- Comfort with other elements of Shopify, including, but not limited to, tags, metafields, and third-party apps such as Rebuy.
