We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting and finance team. In this role, you will handle various accounts payable duties, including validating and reconciling invoices, coding invoices for payment, and managing reporting and other finance-related tasks. Attention to detail is crucial, and prior experience in telecommunications and BPOs is highly desirable.

We are looking to add account manager role to work with the MVNO clients post sales. This person needs to have the charisma of a sales personality that will allow them to build strong relationships within our accounts and with strong Account Management skills to work with each MVNO, to meet growth plans.

Mobile Wireless and SaaS experience would is a plus, but anyone with telecommunications experience could be trained.  

The role is fundamentally a growth driver & relationship builder that will help to drive growth, remove distraction barriers of growth and keep the strong relations with our MVNO customers.

1.               Weekly calls with the Clients /MVNO’s

a.               Set weekly performance goals.

b.               Identify growth opportunities.

c.               Identify Issues both large and small, that could be affecting growth. 

2.               Sim inventory, manage SIM inventory within each MVNO, to assure they have enough SIMs to meet growth demands.

3.               Monthly account reviews

a.               MVNO Internal monthly performance review

b.               Review Account plans, develop and enhance new account plans to resolve challenges and meet and or beat growth expectations.

This role will be aligned the AireSpring sales efforts but interact across all departments. Account Manager will be responsible for the management of AireSpring Wireless accounts. for business. It also involves identifying potential new business opportunities within the account. In this role, you will be responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements. NO HUNTING NECESSARY!

Experience

Account managers are not necessarily required to have direct experience of working in a related role, but they will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the job and enthusiasm for working within a sales and marketing department. The experience of working in a customer-facing role will always be advantageous, as will experience working to a deadline.

• Utilize Dash Carrier Services for registering DIDs for 911 services.
• Work internally with different departments in ensuring DIDs are in service.
• Responsible for loading and removing DIDs for voice orders for daily test and turn ups.
• Work closely with MSE and PC to ensure services are turned up successfully.
• Work with the MACD Team to load all new and porting DIDs including activation/deactivation of call features.
• Work with the HDM, PCs and Shipping to ensure service for Airespring Cloud Business Phone System by building business groups and loading Toll Free numbers and DIDs with phones' MAC addresses in the Metaswitch
• Work with the trouble ticket department to resolve issues pertaining to DIDs and routing in the SBCs.
• Work with the LNP team to ensure correct routing/TG on the carrier side and escalating porting issues.
• Build trunk groups in the Sansay based on WAN IPs, build TGs for Microsoft Teams and RCF
• Knowledgeable in telephony, SIP routing, voice services and switches
• Familiarity with Starlink ordering portal plus 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Ability to troubleshoot Layer 1 (physical layer) and layer 2 circuit issues.

- Work with CLEC’s and ILEC’s to manager tickets and troubleshoot transport and layer 2 issues.

- Engage and troubleshoot with vendors on hardware and software related issues.

- Manage customer trouble tickets through our ticketing system.

-Troubleshoot with the customers and vendors via phone, email, and chat to resolve service issues 

- Provide detailed and timely ticket updates

- Experience with network monitoring tools and systems is a plus .

- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Velo) is a plus

- Work in a 24*7*365 shift operation environment to provide an exceptional customer experience

The Network Operation Centre (NOC) have three main roles:

1. to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance

2. to provision customer network services on core equipment

3. to provide support services for Engineering and other technical teams

These result in a highly diverse range of duties for the NOC - our engineers are required to ensure they are fulfilled in a timely, co-operative and professional manner.
