Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce is responsible for supporting the reporting and analytics function of Business Development, Lead Management and the Marketing team.
Your main area of focus will be to manage the database source for the all users and in building a complete picture of all activities within the CRM, ensuring our CRM (Salesforce) is the one-version of the truth for all data across BD and Marketing. A clean CRM with good data will help to reach our company’s revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with BDE, ISRs and Lead management for activities to ensure accuracy of data in AGS 360.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with BD Team within assigned region by being tightly aligned with the target accounts, activity, and goals.
- Assist in database mining, Accounts management and database clean ups.
- Assist and guide Lead gen associates in gathering requested data, intelligence and relevant information as exported from the SF database.
- Assist in report and dashboard creations, exports and imports requests from stakeholders for relative BD, Marketing or Lead Management consumption.
- Monitor and report on data quality, finding ways to improve this through clear data definitions, process definitions and guidelines.
- Work with stakeholders to gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the systems
- Partner with relevant stakeholders such as the AGS 360 Admin team and BD Specialist for platform related innovations, enhancements, and projects.
- Support inbound lead management activities when required.
- Manage Employee Access in Salesforce such as New user account creation, deactivation, re-allocation, assigning access levels, etc.
- Partner with BDE and ISRs for activities related to tools usage and management.
- Assist in Salesforce Dashboard management, clean ups, reviews, and other reporting tasks as needed.
- Managing Salesforce database by Creating/Updating/Deleting/Merging Salesforce records
- Create automations in Salesforce via Process Builder/Workflow/Flow
- Manage 3rd party integrations such as Tableau CRM, Hubspot, D&B Hoovers
- Create validation rules and layouts inside Salesforce.
- Create automations, process improvement processes and innovations within SF to improve business processing and improve user experience.
- Manage, action and status assigned tickets and requests by stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Monitor Salesforce new functionality releases which would be beneficial to the company.
- Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose an optimal solution using Salesforce.
- Create and manage email alerts either via condition or frequency.
- Troubleshoot issues in Salesforce such as Automation failures, user issues or within capability troubleshooting.
- Assist AGS360 Salesforce team, Marketing team, Business Development team, Lead Management team with within scope ad hoc tasks such as DB builds, report setup, upload and exports, modification and basic new user trainings.
