The Solutions Manager will be responsible for supporting RPO and MSP solutions. This role will be accountable for evaluating opportunities and developing world-class workforce solutions for prospects.

The Solutions team will closely partner with Business Development (BD) to understand the goals of the customer as well as the opportunity scope and then align appropriately on win themes, strategy, and key messaging.

To formulate client solutions, the Solutions Manager will partner with BD and collaborate with the following internal teams: Operations, Finance, Global Business Solutions, and Risk.  To validate key elements of the solution, the team will also consult, as needed, with Implementation, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, and Market Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD and Bids to evaluate opportunities and develop solutions that address and exceed the expectations of the client/prospect, while meeting the needs of the business to enable successful delivery
• Build and lead the solutions to meet the current and future needs of all AGS regions
• Partner with the internal functions to keep abreast of developments in Operations, Technology, Implementation, Risk, Analytics, Finance, Bids and Legal to ensure future competitive advantage and compliance
• Keep up with legislative, design and industry best practices
• Analyze bids and opportunities to determine viability, pursuit strategy and potential win themes
•  For bids and/or other client pursuits, make recommendations on pursuit strategy, program design and collaborate with BD to gain sign off and support from ops and finance
• Ensure solutions are designed according to strategy, value propositions and pricing – gained through alignment with BD, Ops and Finance
• With BD, prepare and guide presentation teams during the pitch portion of the cycle to ensure the right content, messaging, and strategy for each presentation
• Review and contribute to specific proposal/RFP response content (with written responses)  to ensure alignment with capability, pursuit strategy and key messaging
• Participate in client discussions, meetings,  or pitches as may be needed
• Create scope document and track the development and evolution of the pursuit (volume, service lines assumptions, solution, etc.) and ensure alignment among  BD, Finance, Ops and Leadership
• As requested, / needed, participate in advance workshops, discovery sessions or discussions with clients, to assess needs, validate requirements and support business development to qualify opportunities

The Technology Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the AGS Technology Analysts and the AGS Program Management Offices (PMO) teams to successfully support various activities critical to our AGS program’s day-to-day success. They will also support provisioning for ACUMEN IWP products. This position includes developing a strong partnership with all internal AGS teams and conducting tactical support on day-to-day technology related work efforts.

This role will provide superior customer service, timely record keeping of technology related incidents and service requests while offering a convenient central point of contact for AGS Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Document, submit and/or monitor inquiry, incident and low complexity service request case tickets to the Technology Operations team and Partners via Salesforce.com
• Granting software licenses for Internal technologies and ensuring tracking of access requests
• Ensure all information and attachments relevant to the case are received prior to escalation
• Track new technology issues, updates and resolutions through Salesforce
• Triages tickets before reassigning to Tech Ops Analysts and Tech CoE
• Create, update and maintain all AGS Technology Operations support documentation as necessary
• Capturing and reporting out on technology SLAs and other defined metrics for continuous improvements.
• Assisting the AGS Technology Analysts in handling basic questions concerning functionality and configuration settings in the technologies utilized by the Program Management Office.
• Research and conduct basic troubleshooting on technology incidents and service requests to resolve issues prior to further escalation to the AGS Technology Analysts or VMS Partners.
• Initial Testing and Quality Assurance (QA) activities on technology incidents and service requests as needed.
• Coordinates VMS outages globally.

The Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for working and liaising with AGS Program Office (PO) Teams to successfully sustain and evolve the technologies critical to the success of AGS client programs. This position includes developing a strong partnership, expertise, and oversight with specific Technology Partners, to ensure they strive for world class service and remain committed to continuous improvement in their products and services to help AGS achieve both short-term and long-term Client business objectives.

This position will be recognized as the technical subject matter expert for the specific technology. Analyze reoccurring technology incidents and identify areas of operational efficiencies for program improvements and growth to provide strategic consultation or resolution to AGS PO, Clients, and Technology Partners. This role is an AGS Technology Operations strategic position meant to drive significant improvements in PO processes, technologies, operations, efficiencies, and profitability. 

Responsibilities

• Support new user administration, including internal and external user provisioning
• Maintain internal and external process documentation to support user provisioning
• Support user security updates, including user role permissions and Identity management
• Understand the business operations, goals, and strategies of all POs for their assigned VMS technology and contribute to their success.
• Works closely with Technology Partners to align and lead them toward AGS Client objectives, account goals, and priorities.
• Acts as the escalation point for the POs about the VMS technology.
• Collaborates with other Professional Services team resources to serve our POs and Clients better.
• Establishes open communications with Technology Partners and PO teams.
• Provides best-in-class solutions and expertise for all technology support processes, incidents, and service requests.
• Is consulted and supports the Technology Operations workstream for new program implementations, technology implementations, and program expansions.
• Leads the planning, facilitation, and communication activities for significant technology releases for assigned accounts to ensure quality.
• Overall oversight for all technology service requests (enhancements, configuration changes, etc.) for their specified technology accounts to ensure appropriate levels of documentation, planning, vetting, prioritization, and testing to ensure quality implementation.
• Facilitates and participates in Client meetings around VMS technology issues, demos, or future service requests as required by the PO.
• Conducts Operational Assessments with the Technology Partner and PO on identified Client accounts. Responsible for driving agreed-upon deliverables.
