The Data Management Associate will be responsible for discovering and resolving gaps in data to prepare the information for loading into a VMS. You will coordinate daily recruiting efforts within the parameters of our larger global recruitment strategy, support recruitment processes; contribute to candidate experience programs; respond to recruitment-related email and phone inquiries; perform data entry, track applicant status, and ensure the interviewer and other interview-related database is updated and current. You will have a proven ability to take the initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, work with a high sense of urgency, and build solid and productive relationships. You have a passion for the recruiting industry and a sincere desire to expand your exposure in this field.

As a Talent Assessor, you will evaluate and assess the candidate pool for a designated functional area of the client’s organization to achieve high quality and timely filling of roles.  Using the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you will work closely with the on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager to manage those roles with high volume response.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Review applicants that apply to the client’s ATS for specified positions.
• Create a short list of candidates and present them to the Recruitment Relationship Manager.
• Qualify candidates for fit against the defined competencies and criteria for the role. 
• Develop an effective compelling story to sell the job and client company to prospective candidates.
• Assist with the interview scheduling process where necessary including gathering the candidate’s availability and confirming the interview date, time, and location.
• Update the candidate’s details and status in the client’s ATS in a timely and accurate manner following the defined process steps.
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes.

The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from on boarding through off boarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to: interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management and off boarding.
• Document all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client’s or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLA’s (i.e. pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management and vendor compliance tracking)
• Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start assignment on time.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be accountable for providing support and strategic management to our supply chain consultants within a regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supporting partner for the supply chain consultant for projects/initiatives (i.e.: supplier surveys, optimizations, RFPs, supplier sourcing, supplier forums, focus groups etc.)
• Proactively analyze monthly/quarterly supplier data and trends, flagging performance concerns and providing a quarterly side-by-side summary of trends and analysis to the consultants
• Track the results of a supplier optimization and the impact on the program based on recommendations executed by the supply chain consultants
• Audit and validate supplier scorecard metrics in Acumen every quarter raising any discrepancies to the supply chain consultants
• Source new suppliers to support program gaps
• Researching supplier data for the Business Development sales process
• Support the supply chain consultants with supplier performance escalations issues/concerns
• Create supplier RFI/RFP projects
• Support the scoring of RFI/RFP results and recommendations
• Support the supply chain consultants with the preparation for supplier forums/summits (send invitations, track RSVPs, create PowerPoint slides, conduct post-meeting surveys)
• Support the analysis and recommendations of supplier capability projects using HICX, Acumen supplier performance data, RFP/RFI’s, and supplier discovery meetings
• Support the preparation and rollout of the annual Voice of the Supplier (VOS) survey
• Ad hoc projects as needed
