The International Communication, Senior Partner plays a critical role in transforming complex organisational strategies into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with our diverse global audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing communication channels, and ensuring our messaging is consistent and impactful across all platforms.  

This role serves as a critical support function to the Senior Communication Manager overseeing EMEA, India, and APAC regions, while simultaneously acting as an integrated partner to our global communication team.

Key Responsibilities:

Content and Creative Development

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Communication Manager to design and implement comprehensive global communication strategies
• Plan and execute communication strategies for global organizational changes and updates, crisis communication, technology/people strategy, and events, inclusive of the company’s annual Global Summit as well as global leadership meetings, and regional All Hands Calls
• Identify creative, out-of-the-box ways to engage and capture opportunities that align with priorities and goals, including leveraging AI and automation where applicable for efficiency

Creative Thinking

• Develop sophisticated and engaging communication collateral, including executive presentations, email communications, and multimedia content
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project objectives, audience needs, and key messages and then translate the information into clear, compelling visuals, ensuring consistency in design across all materials
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of communication

Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with internal leaders and team members and serve as a point of contact in the absence of the Senior Communication Manager for tactical support
• Collaborate with the Communication team and other stakeholders to understand communication needs and objectives
• Gather and summarize employee feedback on communication effectiveness after key communication events and share with executive stakeholders as appropriate.

The Recruiter role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of talent on behalf of our global Operating Company (OpCo) Agency partners for various client accounts outside of the Philippines. They will be taking ownership for successful delivery at all stages of the recruitment process where appropriate, from vacancy qualification through candidate generation and managing candidates through the relevant account selection, offer, and onboarding processes. The Recruiter level (Level 1, Level 2, Senior) will be based on Recruitment experience and in-role performance against placement/starter targets to ensure high performers progress quickly.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in requirements qualifications with the OpCo point of contact to gain insight on needs for roles and perks and benefits provided by customers.
• Supports requirement fulfillment by providing market and industry insights and candidate feedback.
• Maintains partnership with OpCo point of contact to understand their ideal candidate profile and prioritization of requirements.
• Takes ownership of assigned requirements; quickly adjusts sourcing strategy and overall approach to meet evolving talent requirements.
• Continuously monitors progress and makes necessary adjustments to ensure results are achieved within the specified timelines.
• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified talent pools in line with the OpCo.

The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and Supplier Partners, whilst managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process including requisition intake, shortlisting, requisition management, and reporting. The Senior Program Coordinator acts as a talent advisor and business partner to support the client through the requisition fulfillment process, ensuring quality talent is acquired promptly. 

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including requisition intake and candidate shortlisting.
• Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position before conducting req intake sessions with hiring managers to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to the supply base. Document req intake conversations in the appropriate database (VMS: Beeline) 
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on the status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response 
• Discuss with the Hiring Manager to set/manage expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles, and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment process. 
• Coach, manage, and oversee the performance of participating staffing suppliers. 
• Document all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the appropriate system/tool 
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance tracking.   
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.  
• Provide constant interaction via face-to-face, email, and phone with clients, staffing vendors, and other partners.

The Senior Research Analyst is part of the Market Insights Team which is the insights and research Center of Excellence of AGS. Market Insights is responsible for providing actionable insights and market and competitor intelligence reports that enable our recruitment teams to build tactical sourcing strategies, increase candidate quality, and become true talent advisors.

Senior Research Analysts are tasked with creating talent maps and other BAU reports. They also contributes to completing complex reports covering various aspects of recruitment market and competitor intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creates talent maps for niche talent markets through semantic and deep-web search, with emphasis on the use of Boolean and other x-ray searching methodologies
• Gathers candidate intelligence from social media networks and from other online sources, through the use of appropriate extensions and tools
• Leverages gathered intelligence to create long-term sourcing strategies for niche and volume hiring challenges
• Performs market research tasks through advanced Google search, basic database mining, and data scraping
• Produces other standard Market Insights deliverables that include simple & advanced salary & benefit analysis, sourcing channel analysis, brand perception report, industry level analysis, and talent movement
• Contributes to multi-tiered, complex research reports including competitor analysis, organizational chart mapping, marketing/brand audit, and advanced talent movement
